Branch).” from 1st January, 2022 to Continue. Installation and Erection Project at “Matarbari
2×600 MW USC Coal Fired Power Plant Project.’’

 Worked as a QA/QC Engineer at “Brownfield Engineering Ltd.” from 5th November, 2020 to 31st
December, 2021. Installation and Erection Project at “Matarbari 2×600 MW USC Coal Fired Power
Plant Project.’’

 Worked as a QA/QC Engineer at “SBS International Business Limited.” from 1st September, 2019
to 4th November, 2020. Installation and Erection Project of “2×660 MW Maitree Super Thermal
Power Project in Rampal, Bagerhat, Khulna.”

 Worked as an Assistant Engineer (QA/QC) at “The Bengal Electric Ltd.” from 1st February, 2018

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY:
 Conducting incoming inspection of materials.
 Conducting welding, fit-up, painting inspection of Power Piping, DM water storage tank, HFO
storage tank, Diesel Tank.

  Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise
to QC Inspector (IFC Drawing and ITP).
 Perform material receiving inspection, review of material identification, heat number,
dimensional accuracy, material discrepancy and non-conformity record.
 Reviewed and performed of Inspection Test Plan (ITP), Review of materials test
certificates & incoming material inspection report (IMIR).
 Prepare request for inspection (RFI) for quality management capability center (QMCC).
 Inspected the welding operations like GTAW, SMAW.
 Responsible to check the availability and suitability of the filler material, witnessing of
DPT & UT.
 Ensure approved WPS as well as qualified welders are available at site.
 Assure all kind of safety equipment and apply to use.
 Perform quality inspection on construction activities to ensure compliance with
international codes such as ASME Section IX, ASME Section- I, ASME B31.1, ASME
B31.3, API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc.
 Work with different types of welding procedure (SMAW, SAW-1G & 2G, GTAW,
GMAW, FCAW) and review of ITP, WPS & PWHT stage.
 Witnessing of all kind of NDT activities (DPT, RT, PMI, BSI etc.)
 Witnessing of wrapping activities, pickling of SS joint, surface check for painting and
painting DFT check.
 Final walk down with P & ID and wittiness of Hydrostatics test.
 Prepare system wise hydro test.
 Ensure HVAC Duct fittings, accessories and child water pipes etc.
 Provide approved HVAC shop Drawing, MEP Co-ordination drawing to site
supervisor and foreman.
 Inspection & Installation of HVAC equipment’s- Refrigeration/ air conditioning equipment’s
like compressors, condensers, evaporators, fans and control systems.
 Inspection on ducting, lining, insulation of the air-conditioning system.
 Complies with the highest level of safety during all stages of work to avoid any type of
incidents and or accidents. 

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING:
 Training on Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning System Design from Bridge Academy.
 Training on Professional Auto Cad Master Course (2D & 3D) from Cad Core Training
Institute.
 Training on Operation & Maintenance of 100 MW Diesel Engine Power Plant from Dutch-
Bangla Power and Associate Limited. (a sister concern of Orion Group)
