Activities performed at BCPA-3 Platform.

BCPA3
(1) RT of 7 Joint 4"-DH-A1-8421 HMP completed.
(2) Cable laying BCPA3 -3070 Mtrs completed.
1 (3) Cable glanding at BCPA2-12 Nos completed.
(4) Cable termination at TGBM & PGC : 10 Nos completed.
(5) Alignment of Gas oil cooler of PGC Train-C 1 no completed.

BLQ-3
(1) Installation of bed rails: 15 Nos completed.
2 (2) False floor tiles alignment & sticking of skirting in progress.
(3) Installation of supporting Hooks on the bed completed as per ONGC observation in all living rooms.

PRE-COMMISSIONING
(1) System conformity & continuous flow test of ODD System at BLQ3 completed.
3 (2) Loop Check completed for 26 Nos of addressable F&G smoke detectors in TG Module. All loop check for addressable F&G smoke detectors for TGBM & BLQ3 completed.
(3) Leak test of start up air system at BCPA3 in progress.

Planned activities(Next Day) :- BCPA-3 Platform

BCPA3
(1) Dismantling of Bumper Guides in East module at main deck
(2) PGC Electrical Cable laying in BCPA3.
1 (3) Cable glanding & Termination at PGC & TGBM
(4) Loop check for addressable F&G smoke detectors to continue

BLQ3
(1) Furniture installation to continue.

Area of Concern :
1) SAT Approved Procedures were not available at offshore for Life Boat David Load Test and STP Test. L&T Performed the Test and the acceptence subject to approval of Procedures.
2) During the SAT Test of Water Maker at BLQ3 Platform, Vibrations observed in HP Pump locations which needs to be rectified. Refer E-mail dated on 25.05.2017
3) Safety Surveyor is not availble at site from 01st June onwards and needs to be mobilized immediately
4) In order to avoid the corrosion during monsoon period, wherever the Parent Material Exposed to atmosphere needs to be painted immediately . Advised to L&T , to take needful action. Refer E-mail dated on 19.06.2017
5) Observations noticed in HVAC Package at BLQ3 Platform and needs to rectify the same. Refer E-mail dated on 21.06.2017

(a) Percentage progress break up (discipline wise) considered only if work fully completed. Regular cumulative progress is mentioned in appropriate columns.
(b) BCPA3 Hardcopy drawings yet to be submitted to ONGC TPI/CA.
