Jialan was founded in 2020. Our belief is to link high-quality Spanish

resources with the needs of the Chinese market. Today, we have signed
cooperate agreement with CERROSOL to promote the Asian market.
BODEGAS CERROSOL is a family owned winery with 3 generations，

located in Santiusted de San Juan Bautista, the center of DO RUEDA. At
the same time, CERROSOL has vineyard at DO RUEDA, DO RIBERA DE
DUERO, DOCa PRIORAT. The product line is composed of Red, White,
ROSE，Traditional Method Sparkling. Currently , we are looking for
importers and distributors in various cities for win-wine cooperation.

In the event of cancellation of the exhibition due to force majeure or insufficient participants,
communicated sufficiently in advance of the initially scheduled celebration date, neither ICEX nor the
Economic & Commercial Office of Spain in Shanghai will be liable for any possible damages that such
cancellation could cause companies.
如因不可抗力或参展公司数量不足取消展览，且在原定活动举办日期之前进行了充分沟通，则西班牙对
