MAMBAGTIAN, M. D., . 2024. “AGRIKULTURA : LIVED EXPERIENCES OF


STUDENTS TAKING UP AGRICULTURE PROGRAM ”. College of
Agriculture, Agribusiness, Forestry and Food Sciences, Cotabato Foundation
College of Science and Technology. Doroluman, Arakan, North Cotabato.

Adviser: AHSAN E LANSAO , EdD

This study entitled "Agrikultura: Lived experiences of students taking up


agriculture program was conducted at CFCST from Decembe 2022 to October 2023
respectively. Further, it aimed to determine. This study aims to answer the question what
are the lived experiences of students taking up agriculture program.
Moreover, the study involvten (10) students engage in agriculture program
especially, the college students. Moreover, the participants and determined first that who
are engaged in agricultural program. Also, this study used qualitative research design
employing phenomenology study to extract the needed information to support the
research.
After analysing the data, the study utilzes textual analysis, transcription, coding,
interpretation, and verification to formulate themes. For key themes emerge : financial
hardship, academic demand, exhaustion, and perseverance and determination. These
themes provide a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by students
pursuing agricultural programs and offer valuable insights for educational institution and
policymakers to better support these students.
