Muslim Born/Migration to Non-Muslim Countries

All Praise is due to Allah, we praise Him and we seek help from Him. We ask
forgiveness from Him. We repent to Him; and we seek refuge in Him from our own
evils and our own bad deeds. Anyone who is guided by Allah, he is indeed guided;
and anyone who has been left astray, will find no one to guide him. I bear witness
that there is no god but Allah, the Only One without any partner; and I bear witness
that Muhammad, peace and blessings on him, is His servant, and His messenger.
Dear Brothers and Sisters …

There are questions regarding Living Permanentley in Non Muslim Countries,
similarly muslims who are born in Non muslim countries.
Before Explaining in Detail I will start with the Hadith which all Muhaddas have
qouted in the start of their Books.

‫ أﺧ َ َ ِ ُﻣ َح ﱠمد‬:‫ال‬ ‫ ق‬، ‫ َحدثنا َ ْح َ ْب ُن َس ِع ٍد اﻷنصاري‬:‫ال‬ ‫ ق‬، ‫ قال حدثنا سف ان‬، ‫َحدثنا ال ُح َم ْ ِد ﱡي َع ْ د ا ِ بن ال‬

ِ ِ ِ ‫ قول س ِمع‬، ِ ‫ أنه َس ِم َع َعلق َمة ْب َن َوقاص اللي‬، ‫ ْب ُن ِإ ْب َر ِاه َم الت ْ ِ ﱡ‬،

‫ول‬ ِ ِ ‫ س ِم ْعت رسول ا‬:‫قال‬: َ
َ ُ ُْ ُ ُ ْ ْ َ ْ َ َ ‫ﱠ‬ ‫ﱠَ ْ ْ َ ُ ﱢ‬
" ‫ ف َمن انت ِهج َرته ِإ دن َ ا ِص ُبها أ ْو ِإ ْام َرأ ٍة‬،‫ َو ِ ن َما ِل ﱢل ْامرئ َم َا ن َوى‬،‫ات‬

‫الن ﱠ‬
ِ ‫ِإنما اﻷعمال‬
ْ َ َ َ َ ُ َُ ْ َ ُ َْ
‫" ين ِ حهاف ِهجرته ِإ ما هاجر ِإل ِه‬
Narrated 'Umar bin Al-Khattab: I heard Allah's Messenger (‫ )ﷺ‬saying, "The reward
of deeds depends upon the intentions and every person will get the reward
according to what he has intended. So whoever emigrated for worldly benefits or
for a woman to marry, his emigration was for what he emigrated for." Bukhari 1

So according to the above mentioned Hadith it is crystal clear that any Migration
for worldly benefit is solely your responsiblity. Firstly we will discuss regarding;

THOSE BORN IN NON-MUSLIM COUNTRIES

It is clearly mentioned in the Quran Surah-Nisa regarding this matter: [1] By

preferring to remain among the disbelievers, although they have the means to emigrate,
in an environment where a Muslim is unable to practice his religion freely. (This
(PRACTICING) is very important, and I will explain this later as everything depends on
this).

Trans: Indeed, those whom the angels take [in death] while wronging themselves
[1] - [the angels] will say, "In what [condition] were you?" They will say, "We were
oppressed in the land." They [the angels] will say, "Was not the earth of Allah
spacious [enough] for you to emigrate therein?" For those, their refuge is Hell - and
evil it is as a destination— Saheeh International

Trans: Except for the oppressed among men, women, and children who cannot
devise a plan nor are they directed to a way — Saheeh International

Trans: For those it is expected that Allah will pardon them, and Allah is ever Pardoning
and Forgiving— Saheeh International

Trans: And whoever emigrates for the cause of Allah will find on the earth many
[alternative] locations and abundance. And whoever leaves his home as an
emigrant to Allah and His Messenger and then death overtakes him - his reward
has already become incumbent upon Allah. And Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful
— Saheeh International

 MUSLIMS WHO MIGRAT TO NON-MUSLIM COUNTRIES OR THOSE BORN IN
NON-MUSLIM COUNTRIES
First let’s start with those making efforts to get a visa into Non-Muslim Countries:

1. An agreement signed between the embassy and the visa applicant in which
a declaration is signed between the Muslim and Non-Muslim Countries,
“that he will return to his country after finishing visit”. But most break the
promise and do not return.
Regarding, breaking a promise, it is mentioned in Sahih Muslim 58:

Promise/contract Breaking

It is narrated on the authority of Abdullah b. 'Amr that the Prophet observed:

"There are four characteristics, whoever has them all is a pure hypocrite, and
whoever has one of its characteristics, he has one of the characteristics of
hypocrisy, until he gives it up: When he speaks he lies, when he makes a covenant
he betrays it, when he makes a promise he breaks it, and when he disputes he
resorts to obscene speech. Sahih Muslim 58

2. Similarly, people who leave their elderly home, their wives, children at home
and do not return for years. They will be held responsible for:
i. Parent’s Rights
ii. Wife’s Rights
iii. Children’s Rights
iv. Relatives Rights

Where a Muslim is unable to practice his religion freely

Now Most of USA – UK – Canada residents claim that Practicing Religious Freely
is much better there than any other Muslim country give this as a reason of
migration.

How? and in which Sense?

Before discussing this in detail, I would like to say here that if you have migrated to
these countries, you must follow their rules of Law as you take an Oath and sign
a contract with them.

Now the question is? Can they avoid themselves and their families from Major
Sins especially, “Kabirah Gunnah.”

FOR EXAMPLE: (15 Critical Points)

1. Targeting Muslim Women/Girls, spreading hate against ISLAM regarding

Covering & misinterpretation of Equal opportunities.
2. Eating Haram.
3. Drinking Alcohol & Drug Addiction.
4. Watching Adult content freely - Committing Adultery.
5. Free MIXING of Male Female.
6. Becoming Gay or Lesbian & marrying legally.
7. Marrying with other than Ahle-Kitab or prioritizing ahle-kitab over Muslim
women).
8. Not observing Obligatory Prayers and Fasts.
9. NIGHT Out Clubbing.
10. TATTOO Piercing on body.
11. Disobeying Parents.
12. Muslim Parents Allowing their Children (start with Age of 5) to be taught in
the school about SEX- Lesbian & Gays.
13. INTEREST based system.
14. INHERITANCE Issue, Distribution of Properties according to Sharia.
15. Marriage & Divorce Issue.

FACT & REALITY

So, Answer to the above Question is very simply “NO” - Because if our children
want to do any of above, we have no authority to STOP – PUNISH as per Sharia law
to save them from Hell fire. Rather, the law provides protection to them to
continue all the above freely. As I mentioned earlier, anyone living in these
countries must respect their rules of law as they signed an agreement/contract.

This is not an Opinion/Fatwa, these are facts & reality. So, anyone who says
Muslims practicing their religion freely: Big Joke.
Let’s Talk about USA PEW Reports (Very Authentic) it says in USA 25% of Muslim
Families born in non-Muslim countries every year LEAVE ISLAM.

What’s the point if you cannot save them from Hell and you are practicing your
religion freely, Will these countries allow you to make decisions according to the
Quran to save you and your children from Hell Fire even if this goes against their
rule of Law, again this is not Possible.

Reading Quran, Praying Five times, Observing Fasts, Offering Hajj is not only ISLAM
– The Fact is that the day-to-day matters must be avoided so our Prayers and Dua’s
can be accepted.

MOST CRITICAL ISSUE: WITNESSING OF IMMODESTY

MUSLIMS WITNESSING IMMODESTY – LIVE SEXUAL ACTIVITIES – NUDE POSTERS ETC.

There is no doubt that Muslims living in non-Muslim countries are witnessing every
day in front of their family (in front of their mother, Wife, sisters and daughter) live
events of immodesty, Dirty Posters. This is norm in NON-Muslim countries.

VERY SHAMEFUL – they will be witnesses of all this on day of resurrection.

Astaghfirullah, in front of Allah swt.

In the Quran Surah Nisa 4, Ayat 41

Trans: That Day, those who disbelieved and disobeyed the Messenger will wish
they could be covered by the earth. And they will not conceal from Allah a [single]
statement— Saheeh International.

Also mentioned in Surah Kahf 18, Ayat 49.

And the record [of deeds] will be placed [open], and you will see the criminals
fearful of that within it, and they will say, "Oh, woe to us! What is this book that
leaves nothing small or great except that it has enumerated it?" And they will find
what they did present [before them]. And your Lord does injustice to no one. —
Saheeh International.

Also, In surah Shura 42, Ayat 21

Trans: Or have they partners [i.e., other deities] who have ordained for them a
religion to which Allah has not consented? But if not for the decisive word, it would
have been concluded between them. And indeed, the wrongdoers will have a
painful punishment. — Saheeh International.

In the Quran Surah Tahreem 66 – Ayat 6

Trans: O you who have believed, protect yourselves and your families from a Fire
whose fuel is people and stones, over which are [appointed] angels, harsh and
severe; they do not disobey Allah in what He commands them but do what they
are commanded. — Saheeh International

Now a look into Hadith – e – Rasool (‫)ﷺ‬

Hadith 1. Narrated Jarir ibn Abdullah: The Messenger of Allah (‫ )ﷺ‬sent an

expedition to Khath'am. Some people sought protection by having recourse to
prostration and were hastily killed. When the Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬heard that, he ordered
half the blood-wit to be paid for them, saying: I am not responsible for any Muslim
who stays among polytheists. They asked: Why, Messenger of Allah? He said:
Their fires should not be visible to one another. Sunan Abi Dawud 2645

Hadith 2. Samra Bin Jundab reports: The Holy Prophet (‫ )ﷺ‬Said, “ Do not make
abode with polytheists, nor associate with them. One who does so, IS NOT ONE OF
US.
Mustadrak Ul Hakim Vol 2 page no 212.
So Rasool Allah (‫ )ﷺ‬Clearly said, he is not one of US.

EVERY MATTER ONLY TO BE RESOLVED ACCORDING TO THE BOOK OF ALLAH

Allah said in THE below surah to Rasool Allah (‫ )ﷺ‬that every matter of life should
be dealt according to the Quran. So, the Question is what are we doing in western
countries?

Allah mentions in the quran Surah Maida 5, Ayat 48

Trans: And We have revealed to you, [O Muḥammad], the Book [i.e., the Qur’ān]
in truth, confirming that which preceded it of the Scripture and as a criterion over
it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their
inclinations away from what has come to you of the truth. To each of you We
prescribed a law and a method. Had Allah willed, He would have made you one
nation [united in religion], but [He intended] to test you in what He has given you;
so race to [all that is] good. To Allah is your return all together, and He will [then]
inform you concerning that over which you used to differ.— Saheeh International

Best UMMAH (NATION) According to Quran in Surah Ale Imran 3, Ayat 110.

Trans: You are the best nation produced [as an example] for mankind. You enjoin
what is right and forbid what is wrong and believe in Allah. If only the People of
the Scripture had believed, it would have been better for them. Among them are
believers, but most of them are defiantly disobedient — Saheeh International.

NOW another big issue is you cannot even stop your own children from evil actions
how can u stop other Muslim brothers. Clearly, YOU CANNOT Otherwise you will
be in the Jail. Therefore, I will conclude with the following:

Completely enter in ISLAM as mentioned in Surah Baqra 2, Ayat 208

Trans: O you who have believed, enter into Islām completely [and perfectly] and
do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy— Saheeh
International.
Finally, it is very clear, “O you who have believed, enter into Islām completely [and
perfectly]”.
Allah Akbar - We ask Allah Almighty to make us among them and to fill our hearts
with love for Allah Almighty and for His prophet ‫ﷺ‬. Indeed, Allah is All Hearing,
Answering.
Conclusion: 1. Do not Defend and provide illogical Example against Allah & his
messenger, TRUTH IS LIVING IN NON-MUSLIM COUNTRIES IS PROHIBITED. Always
have intention to leave and move into Islamic countries.
All prominent scholars Alhamdulillah agreed on this except some Western scholars.

Al Ahzaab (33) 56: Indeed, Allah confers blessing upon the Prophet, and His angels
[ask Him to do so]. O you who have believed, ask [ Allah to confer] blessing upon
him and ask [ Allah to grant him] peace.

Allahumma Sallai Al’a Muahmmad’n wa’aila Muhammad

Remember Allah, the Great – He will remember you. Thank Him for His favours –
He will increase you therein. And seek forgiveness from Him – He will forgive you.
And be conscious of Him – He will provide you a way out of difficult matters. And,
establish the prayer.
