Construction Snapshot is published on a quarterly basis by Infrastructure NT, within the Department of
Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics. The information provides an overview of the Northern Territory’s
construction activity for major works over $500 000. It reflects work that is both currently under
construction and potential future construction-related work as at 1 July 2022.
Data is provided through Northern Territory Government Tenders Online, development applications, building
permits, occupancy permits, government agencies, government businesses, and local councils, community and
industry, where provided.
