    Job Responsibilities:

    1. Analysis and Optimization OF NOS Portugal 5G/LTE/Volte/GSM/UMTS:

     Presently 24hr KPIs Verification Parameter Audit & Consistency check Portugal.
     Working with NOS (PORUGAL) as a24 Initial Tuning Project.
     Responsible in handling Validation @ 48H Reports Analysis for GSM/UMTS/LTE/NR networks with the help of
    RF tools to meet multi-operator requirements from organization’s existing/planned sites.
     Working With Validation Site is Stable & Taking Traffic with Help of Tool & Analysis All the Parameter is
    Properly Set As Per Planned, Neighbor Analysis, Antenna, RET, Alarm, Status & Counter Checking.
     Validating Alarm and Hardware issues of the nodes with the help of OSS Common Explorer.
     Audit Intra Cell, Inter Cell and IRAT Neighbor and check PCI Collision.
     Analyze the Drive test log and provide reasons of poor KPI’s like RRC Connection Success rate, CSFB Success
    Rate and setup time, Data Drop rate UL and DL, Throughput UL and DL, Intra and Inter Frequency success

    Quality, HSN, MAIO. RSCP, RSRP, SINR.
     Responsible for the new sites drive test SCFT, entire Network optimization and Coverage Acceptance Testing.
     Responsible for Report Generation of the pre drive & post drive - This includes taking out drive plots of
    various parameters and also analysis them.
     Analyzed performance data and indicators such as interference and call drops for multiple networks in 2G,
    3G, and 4G.
     Responsible to complete the annual coverage and performance drive test analysis.
     Data collection using X-CAL with 1 short call, 1 long call, and frequency scanning.
     Helped other engineers to upload and process the data achieved after Bench Marking
     Provided Trouble shooting for the teams in the field and co-coordinating with the client's requirement.
     Responsible for creating voice and data setup for short call, long call, and packet call and making
    workspaces.
     Developed drive routes using Microsoft Streets and Trips.
     Ability to analyze the cell Data of each Sector (including Azimuth, Tilt, Scrambling Code, UARFCN, RSCP,).

    3 . NPI engineer

     Ericsson team lead was assigning the service request to us. We analyzed service request parameters like Rx
    level, Rx Quality, RSCP, RSRP, & SINR. Through airtel connect (airtel tool) & map info.
     Taking appointment from VIP customers, for align the engineer for field visit.
     After engineer visit discussing with field engineer about network parameter at customer location.
     Making details report of network complain analysis along with photograph of customer premises clutter.
     Discussed with the team lead regarding the network proposed solution to the customer.
     Maintaining tracker of complaints received on daily basis for future reference.
