    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

    We, RICARDO C. FABIE,______, and ARMANDO B. BAUTISTA, of legal


    ages, Filipino Citizens and both residing at Brgy. San Vicent, Padre, Burgos,
    Quezon, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state:

    1. That we both personally know the TALAVERDE REALTY AND


    DEVELOPMENT CORP., since we have lived in the same neighborhood for a
    long time.

    2. That the TALAVERDE REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORP., were the


    registered owner of a parcels of land covered by Transfer Certificate of
    Title No. 066-2023004849 with Lot No. 2—A-1-DD; Transfer
    Certificate of Title No. 066-2023004821 with Lot No. 2-A-1-B;
    Transfer Certificate of Title No. 066-2023004853 with Lot No. 2-A-1-
    HH; and Transfer Certificate of Title No. 066-2023004852 with Lot
    No. 2-A-1-GG including the center land plot located in the Padre
    Burgos neighborhood of Quezon's Barrio Baysong;

    3. That we know that the TALAVERDE REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORP.,


    are the true and lawful owners of the abovementioned properties;

    4. That the TALAVERDE REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORP., endeavored


    to process the required documents for the titling and registration of the
    parcel of land located in the center of the abovementioned properties;

    5. That we are not related in any way, either consanguinity or affinity, to


    TALAVERDE REALTY AND DEVELOPMENT CORP., ;

    6. That we are executing this affidavit to attest the foregoing narration of facts
    and as per requirements for the processing of documents for the Title
    Application and Registration of the subject parcel of land located in the
    center of the abovementioned properties with the concerned agencies of the
    Government of the Republic of the Philippines and for whatever legal purpose
    it may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our
    signatures this ____ day of _________ at Lucena City, Quezon Philippines.
