    AFFIDAVIT OF NO RELATION

    I, AVELYN SARASPE-POCOT, of legal age, single/married, and a resident of Sta. Cruz,


    Dagohoy, Bohol, after having been duly sworn to an oath depose and say;

    1. That I am applying for the position of Court Stenographer I;

    2. That I have no relatives within the third degree either of consanguinity or affinity
    who is an incumbent employee in the subject branch;

    3. That should the Civil Service Commission ascertain that I have relatives in 18th
    MCTC Dagohoy-Danao, Bohol, the Civil Service Commission reserves the right to
    cancel the processing of my application;

    4. That I understand that should I be employed, any misrepresentation on that


    matter is a ground for an administrative case and termination;

    5. That this affidavit is executed to attest to the veracity of theforegoing


    statements.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 17th day of April, 2023 in
    Tagbilaran City.
