    I, as a newly hired workers, fully understood the rules and regulations of the company, I will abide by and
    apply them in my day-to-day work.

    Ako, bilang isang bagong manggagawa, lubos kong nauunawaan ang alintuntunin at regulasyon ng
    kumpanya, susundin ko at ilalapat ang mga ito sa aking pang araw araw na trabaho.

    1. General Safety Rules and Regulations / Pangkalahatang mga


    Panuntunan/Regulasyon sa kaligtasan.
    ______ Smoking Cigarette inside in project site is strictly Prohibited unless smoking done in smoking area.
    1st Offense - Warning / 2nd Offense - 1 day suspention / 3rd Offense - Termination

    ______ No Wearing / Using PPE while working is strictly Prohibited.


    1st Offense - Warning / 2nd Offense - 1 day suspention / 3rd Offense - Termination

    ______ Drinking alcohol inside in project site is strickly prohibited.


    1st Offense – 7days suspention / 2rd Offense - Termination

    ______ Using of cell phone during working hours is strictly prohibited.


    1st Offense - Warning / 2nd Offense - 1 day suspention / 3rd Offense - Termination
    (Emergency / Work Related / Taking a picture to complete work task)

    ______ Entering the work site under the influence of alcohol is strictly prohibited.
    1st Offense – 7days suspention / 2rd Offense - Termination

    ______ Harmful horse playing/bullying/threats is strictly prohibited.


    1st Offense - Termination with immediately report to the police station.

    ______ Un-authorized bringing of company materials is strictly prohibited.


    1rd Offense - Termination with immediately report to the police station.
    ______ Disrespect to co-workers/staff and Safety officer is strictly prohibited.
    1st Offense – 7days suspention / 2rd Offense - Termination

    _____ Disovidience in higher level/position are strictly prohibited.


    1st Offense - councelling / 2rd Offense - 3 days suspensions / 3rd offense – Termination
