    A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PUNONG BARANGAY JASON C. EMBALSADO AND BARANGAY TREASURER


    PERLA T. DECIERDO AS AUTHORIZE SIGNATURES TO TRANSACT BUSINESS AT LANDBANK OF THE
    PHILIPPINES MOLAVE BRANCH, MOLAVE, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WITH ACCOUNT NAME BARANGAY BAG-
    ONG ARIOSA CHECKING ACCOUNT NO. 002842-1005-37 AND REACTIVATE THE DORMANT ACCOUNT NAME
    BARANGAY BAG-ONG ARIOSA SPECIAL TRUST FUND WITH ACCOUNT NUMBER 2842-1058-57.

    WHEREAS, Land Bank of the Philippines, Molave Branch is the depository bank of Barangay Ariosa, this Municipality;
    WHEREAS, Hon. Jason C. Embalsado the Newly Elected Punong Barangay and Perla T. Decierdo the newly appointed
    Barangay Treasurer of this barangay respectively;
    WHEREAS, there is a necessity to authorized signatories in our depository bank in Account Name Barangay Bag-ong
    Ariosa bearing LBP checking account no. 002842-1005-37 and reactivate the dormant account with account number 28421058-57
    with account name Barangay Bag -ong Ariosa Special Trust Fund;
    NOW THEREFORE, on motion by Hon. Flordelis T. Saragina, unanimously seconded by the members present, it was;
    RESOLVED , as it hereby RESOLVED to AUTHORIZED PUNONG BARANGAY JASON C. EMBALSADO AND
    BARANGAY TREASURER PERLA T. DECIERDO AS AUTHORIZE SIGNATURES TO TRANSACT BUSINESS AT
    LANDBANK OF THE PHILIPPINES MOLAVE BRANCH, MOLAVE, ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR WITH ACCOUNT
    NAME BARANGAY BAG-ONG ARIOSA CHECKING ACCOUNT NO. 002842-1005-37 AND REACTIVATE THE
    DORMANT ACCOUNT NAME BARANGAY BAG -ONG ARIOSA SPECIAL TRUST FUND WITH ACCOUNT NUMBER
    28421058-57 .

    RESOLVED FUTHER THAT THIS RESOLUTION REMAINS EFFECTIVE AND SUBSISTING AND HAS NOT
