WATER-COOLED The Hitachi screw compressor has a very
small rotation unbalance and is semi-
enclosed and delivers the motor's rotation
SINGLE-STAGE to the screw rotor to compress the
refrigerant gas, which reduces vibration,
simplifies dust, and can be installed on the
COMPRESSION middle floor or rooftop of the building.
The high-efficiency screw rotor is built
CONSTANT in two stages, and the refrigerant gas
compressed from the first stage rotor is

SPEED TYPE further compressed from the second stage


rotor, resulting in high volume efficiency
ECONOMIZER and high performance at high compression
ratios.
In addition, the rotor casing is double
AIR-COOLED configured to significantly reduce driving
noise. It is designed to operate efficiently

TWO-STAGE in a wide range of low temperatures and


provides high reliability by eliminating the
need for oil pumps with differential pressure
COMPRESSION refueling at high and low pressures.
It is equipped with a high-performance
CONSTANT oil separator to maximize the separation
and collection of lubricant contained
in compressed gas and recirculation to
SPEED TYPE maximize refrigeration performance.

Provide electronic control
■ Provide Demand Control
Demand operation (forced stop or forced partial load operation) is performed when the load is light or at night by receiving the
no-voltage contact signal provided by the consumer..

■ Provide Restart
When these three alarms occur: oil pressure drop, oil temperature rise, or low pressure drop, the machine is restarted.

■ Provide turn-by-turn start-up rotate


If multiple devices are installed, the start order of the equipment can be specified for the life of the same equipment and the
operation time can be set constant.

■ 2 capacity control available


• Capacity control by external signal
The equipment is controlled by receiving voltage-free contact signals such as thermostats and pressure switches supplied by the
consumer.
• Capacity control by suction pressure
The equipment is controlled by measuring the suction pressure using the refrigerator's own suction pressure sensor and
comparing it with the set pressure value.

■ Provides an indication of operation status


Express the operating condition of the equipment and the alarm in the form of a code.
