Dear aircon technician:

We are pleased to extend to you a Probationary Contract as a Finance & Accounting Staff at Lineage Enterprises, Inc.
(The Enterprises) effective April 1, 2021 with a rate of PHP 600.00 per day with the following conditions:

Finance & Retainer Clients Payment Tracking
Accounting Subsidiary Sales Journal Recording
Staff 2307 Preparation and Follow-ups
Payments Processing, Documents Submission and Filing (Invoices, Petty Cash Vouchers,
Reimbursements, Billing Statements, Transmittal Forms)
Petty Cash Handling
Creation of Monthly Supplies and Inventory Report
Filing & Storage of Financial Documents
Collection Monitoring
Renew of License

Core Competencies and Skills needed


Basic Knowledge on Microsoft-Excel, Attention to Details, Integrity, Organizational skills

Other Service Management Scope


Getting Updated on Current News and Government Activities
Studying and Reviewing of BIR Rulings and Tax Code
Analysing of Previous Cases, Letter Responses and Procedures Made by Other Tax Consultants

Basic Knowledge on Philippine Tax Code, Written and Oral Communication

Probationary: You will carry the designation of Probationary Employee and will be classified as such at the time of
hiring until you are made a regular employee. This would take six (6) months after hiring and is
contingent upon your satisfactory performance. Notice period for termination of service during
probationary period is one (1) calendar week.
Evaluation: As part of your Probationary period, we will conduct an evaluation in the 2nd and 4th month of your
tenure in the office.
Benefits: This probationary employment does not entitle you to the benefits that is or may hereafter be granted
only to regular and permanent employees, except those which the Company as a matter of policy and
upon its discretion, extends to all employees regardless of status and to those provided by law
Voluntary In case you intend to resign from The Enterprises, you are required to notify The Enterprises at least
Termination: thirty (30) days prior to the effectively of your resignation, otherwise, failure on your part to do so will
render you liable for damages. However, it is within the sole discretion of Transport whether to accept
such resignation earlier than the expiration of said period.

In consideration of your employment, you will be bound by The Enterprises’ Code of Conduct and other policies relating
to your employment as may, from time to time, be issued, updated, varied, and supplemented by The Enterprises.

Based on The Enterprises Code of Conduct, you acknowledge that in the course of your employment or after termination
of your employment, you are not permitted to make any unauthorized use of documents, or other information, which
are confidential, trade secret or propriety information of another individual or company. Likewise, you may not bring
onto The Enterprises premises any Confidential Information, whether documents or other tangible forms, relating to
your prior employers’ business.

For your compliance, you are required to submit an NBI clearance as part of our security measures. If you have any
