The Situation

Assume both A and B are senior managers of two different companies. Both the companies have
decided to add extra deliverables to the roles of all employees by increasing process adhesion
principles, introducing stricter timelines and adding extra travel to meet clients, all of which will
impact their daily duties significantly and increase their work pressure

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Today, am here as your Senior Manager, but more importantly as a person who deeply
cares about the well-being and success of each one of you. Our company has made same
important decisions regarding the operations, and it’s my duty to share this with you all.

Firstly, let me express my gratitude for the dedication and consistent hard work you all
put into the company. We had decided to add extra deliverables to your roles by
increasing process adhesion principles. We believe that by adhering strictly to our
processes, we can enhance the efficiency of our work. Additionally, there will be increase
in travel requirements for meeting clients. I understand that these work pressures may
increase your workload, but we will work together to minimize the pressure. We shall
work on flexible schedules whenever possible.

I want to emphasize that your well-being remains our top priority. Let us take this
opportunity to show our commitment to excellence.

Thank you for your time and attention and most importantly of being an integral part of
our company.

Am here today to share some decisions that will impact our daily duties and increase our
work pressure. It’s important for me to address all of this and discuss of how we can tackle
them together.

It’s your exceptional dedication and hard work that has brought us to where we are today.
Our company has recognized the need for increased process adherence principles to ensure
efficiency and quality in our work. While we navigate these changes, I want to assure you
that your well-being remains our utmost priority.

Additionally, we have recognized the need for additional travel to meet clients. I
understand that this may disrupt your personal space. As a company, we are committed to
minimize any adverse effects.

I want to emphasize that your voices matter. We encourage open communication and
