Full-flavored, concentrated form of coffee
that is served in “shots.”

experimenting with coffee to see how he
could make his brew faster.

Americano Rp 13k/ 15k


Americano is water and espresso. It’ll
either be served 1/2 and 1/2 or 1/3
espresso to 2/3 water.

The americano finds its origins in World


War 2. American soldiers stationed in
Italy didn’t care for the very strong
espresso that was favoured in the country,
they tried to recreate drip coffee from back
home by adding water to the espresso shot.

Water with espresso added, which has a


much stronger and fuller taste.
Long black coffee came into play when the
Americans started to frequent Italian
coffee shops and asked after a large black
coffee.

Espresso-based lattes with figures and

The popularity came from Seattle, thanks
to David Schomer in his coffee shop,
Espresso Vivace. In the late 1980’s,
Schomer started experimenting with
different shapes, and by 1989, he had
perfected the heart shaped rosetta pattern
based on a picture he saw from an Italian
café called Caffe Mateki.

Cappuccino Rp 19k

Coffee drink made of equal parts espresso,


steamed milk, and frothed milk.
The first attestation of cappuccino comes
from the coffeehouses of Vienna in the 18th
century, the Kapuziner emerged as a
popular drink made of coffee and whipped
cream, usually with sugar. Italian
cappuccino, however, first appeared in the
early 20th century, after the invention of
