    PT STRETCHLINE, Indonesia seeks dynamic professionals to join with us. Vacancies are available for:

    MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
    Job Responsibility:

     Responsible for the execution of the Preparation Production Plan set by Planning with adherence to
    all Key Production Indicators (Specified Below)
     Overlooking the allocation of department resources in the most cost-effective manner to deliver the
    KPI’s.
     Troubleshooting challenges within the departments and the creation of daily, weekly, and monthly
    CAPA for KPI failures.
     Proper maintenance of department process management and documentation in accordance with
    quality management standards and protocols specified in compliance certifications.
     Responsible for the coordination between other operational and non-operational departments in
    executing day to day organizational requirements.
     Ensuring the management of 5S Standards of Preparation Department floor areas as well as office
    areas to create an always audit-ready factory.
     Overlooking the managing of inventory in Preparation Department according to the specified
    inventory levels and in an accurate manner.
     Overlooking of Departmental Operational plan to execute projects in all specified key areas such as
    improvement of production capacity, reduction of cost of manufacturing, and innovations.
     Continue to improve themselves to become the next leader in Preparation and follow the training
    provided properly.
     Manage Daily correspondences related to Preparation production management functions.

    Qualification:

     Bachelor’s degree (S1), subject in Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering will be


    preferable.
     At least 2 year (s) of working experiences in Textile or the related field is required in this position.
     Strong in numbers, analytical thinking, thorough
     Honest and have integrity, self-motivated and active, fast learner, initiative, teamwork, hard
    worker and responsible.
     Willing to work under pressure and target oriented.
     Good computer skill, MS Office, ERP
     Good communication in English both oral and written.
     Full-time position available
     Domicile in Tangerang Area
