Graduate Engineer Trainee


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainee to join our Production team. As a key
member of the production department, you will undergo comprehensive training to develop your skills and
knowledge in manufacturing processes, quality control, and operational efficiency. This role offers an excellent
opportunity for recent graduates in Mechanical Engineering to kickstart their career in a dynamic and fast-
paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of production schedules to meet customer demands while ensuring
optimal utilization of resources.
• Learn and apply principles of lean manufacturing to drive continuous improvement initiatives and
enhance productivity.
• Gain hands-on experience in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and machinery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance to
troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Participate in quality control inspections and ensure adherence to product specifications and industry
standards.
• Support the implementation of safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
for all employees.
• Analyze production data and generate reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify
areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in manufacturing
processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team
environment.
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards acquiring new skills and knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Prior internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
