    Petitioner adopt as part of her evidence all other documents submitted before the
    Honorable Court as they are relevant to the petition, including but not limited to the
    Affidavit of the petitioner Ma Rowena Cucal Marquez including all its annexes to prove
    that the petitioner has been using the name Ma Rowena Cucal Marquez in all her
    dealings in her daily life.
    PRAYER

    WHEREFORE, petitioner MA ROWENA CUCAL MARQUEZ. respectfully


    pray that the foregoing documentary exhibits, inclusive of their sub-markings, and all
    other documents submitted before the Honorable Court as they are relevant to
    Petitioners’ position.

    Petitioner pray for such other reliefs as may be deemed just and equitable under
    the premises.
