COMPROMISE AGREEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
The LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF GOA, CAMARINES SUR, is a

political subdivision of the National Government, represented by its
Local Chief Executive HON. MAYOR ANTERO S. LIM, with office
address at the 2nd Floor, Municipal Hall of Goa, Camarines Sur and
hereinafter referred to as the FIRST PARTY;
BEATRIZ VALER-GARCHITORENA, of legal age, Canadian,

married, with residence at 262 East 20th Ave., Vancouver, Canada,
HEIRS OF HERMINIA VALER-ILLERA, namely Lucille Iris Valer-Illera,
of legal age, American, single, with residence Koso Drive, Muskego,
WI,USA and Jacqueline Valer-Illera, of legal age, American, married,
with residence at Chico, California, Butte County, USA, HEIRS OF
ELENA VALER-VALEA, all of legal age, American/British, namely
Melinda Valer-Valea, residing in East Yansing, Michigan, USA, Eliza
Valer Valea residing in Sterling, Virginia, USA, Cynthia Valer Valea,
residing in Cleveland, Ohio, USA, Nelson Valer Valea, residing in
Houston Texas, USA, Vanessa Valer Valea, residing in Ascot Bracknell,
United Kingdom and Benjamin Valer Valea, residing in Atlanta,
Georgia, USA, HEIRS OF BIENVENIDA VALER-CUNANAN, namely,
Ma. Luz Cunanan-Katindig, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident
of 12-B Peafrancia Ave., Naga City, Maria Lina Valer Cunanan, of legal
age, Filipino, single and a resident of No. 7 Bonifacio St., Brgy. Tinago,
Naga City and the Heirs of Val Celso Valer Cunanan, represented by his
wife, Alma P. Cunanan, of legal age and a resident of Brgy. San Antonio,
San Jose, Camarines Sur, all represented by their co-heir/co-owner
SALVE C.LIM, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Block 6,
Lot 1, Brgy. San Isidro I, Dasmarias, Cavite, hereinafter collectively
referred to as the SECOND PARTY; and
JOVI SIERRA, ROSEBELL BRETILLO, ARNULFO SIERRA, all of legal

age, and residents of Brgy. Tagongtong, Goa, Camarines Sur,
hereinafter collectively referred to as the THIRD PARTY;
WITNESSETH: THAT
WHEREAS, the FIRST PARTY is the plaintiff in Special Civil Case

No. T-1244, entitled "THE MUNICIPALITY OF GOA, CAMARINES SUR,
REPRESENTED BY HON. ANTERO S. LIM, IN HIS CAPACITY AS
MUNICIPAL MAYOR versus BEATRIZ VALER GARCHITORENA, ET AL.,"
before the Regional Trial Court of San Jose, Camarines Sur, Branch 30;
WHEREAS the SECOND PARTY and THIRD PARTY are the

defendants in said case;
WHEREAS, all the parties are desirous of settling amicably the

case, specifically on the final determination of the just compensation for
the expropriation of 1.5 hectares, which is a portion of Lot No. 2411,
Cad 339 situated in Brgy. Tagongtong, Goa, Camarines Sur and co-
owned by the SECOND PARTY, for the purpose of establishing the site
for the Goa Science High School;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, the

parties hereby undertake as follows:
1. The SECOND PARTY accepts and imposes no objection on the just

compensation of the 1.5 hec. portion of Lot 2411, Cad 339 in the
amount of PHP375,000.00; and
2. The THIRD PARTY accepts the amount of PHP57,500.00 as

compensation for all the improvements found and standing
thereon and hereby undertakes to deliver the possession of said
land and vacate the same in favor of the FIRST PARTY.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hand
