Retail Operations Department is now implementing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for CKE
Store Openings. Regional Retail Managers are required to file a Dingtalk request of their CKE Store
Opening and must follow the standard timeline for each request:

2. CKE Store Opening Budget – To be applied by DRM/RRM once CKE Store Opening has been
approved.
3. DTI Permit Request – To be applied by DRM/RRM for Store Opening and Events and by
Marketing or AIoT for HQ Promos and Activities.
