ingredients. Here are some key elements of French gastronomy.

1. The mille-feuille * mil feyu is presented in the form of a rectangular or square cake, where
the layers of puff pastry and filling are clearly visible. The Thousand Leaves dessert is
widely recognized as "the king of desserts" due to its exquisiteness, elegance and
complexity.
Puff pastry layers: Mille-feuille is composed of several layers of puff pastry, which are
baked until a crisp, golden texture is obtained.
Creamy filling: Traditionally, mille-feuille is filled with a combination of pastry cream and
whipped cream. Pastry cream is a thick, sweet mixture of milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla,
