    4 Is RSP having a valid Third Party Inspection Certificate (TPI) after each installation and displayed?
    5 Total number of counter weight pieces are ensured as per manufacturer’s guidelines?
    6 Are weather protection cover provided to electric Hoist & motor?
    7 Is Emergency Stop Switch/button is working?
    8 Ensure good condition of wire rope and tightness at top suspension frame?
    Are antitilting (not more than 15 cm height drop) & antirotation limit switch and cut-off switch installed

    31 Is communication system available between person working on RSP and standby person?
    NOTE: Before issuing PTW, Site Safety In-charge and Execution Engineer/Supervisor shall ensure the above points are checked and complied.
    • The above Checklist is mandatory at every site & manufacturing units of TPL wherever RSP operation is involved.
    • Wherever the Checklist prescribed by client/ customer is mandated for compliance, the same shall be followed.
