    STUDY PLAN
    ACADEMICS AND STUDENT BACKGROUND:
    My name is Abdi Rahman Mohamed Ali. Since primary school, I have cherished the
    dream to study in developed countries. I did not get a chance to pursue my university
    education in local universities or colleges in my country because of financial problems. I
    was a brilliant student and keen to continue my education by getting international
    scholarships.
    Throughout my schooling, I have demonstrated high results in my academic grades. I
    am required to refer to here that English was educated to me as a subject up to 12 thgrade;
    all subjects were in English except the Arabic language. Therefore, I have not been
    hesitant at all to concentrate further and accomplish research work in English, and my
    degree studies. Therefore, I can speak, compose and comprehend English with no issue.
    In the GCSE examination from the Somaliland National Examination and Certification
    Board (SNECB) of intermediate and secondary school, I passed with 87% and 88%
    respectively.
    Therefore, I chose to pursue a bachelor's degree in I selected one possible options to get
    one option.
    1. Department of Computer Science & Information Engineering
    2. Department of Accounting and Information Systems
    3. Department of Financial and Economic Law

    The chance to study in Taiwan, especially at Asia University, would bring me closer to
    my dream and mark a wonderful milestone in my life. If possible, I will learn the
    Chinese Language for the first year.
    REASON TO STUDY IN TAIWAN
    Motivation to apply for the scholarship of Asia University and study in Taiwan the fact
    that Taiwan has been emerging as an eminent educational gateway and has long been a
    significant trade and investment partner of Somaliland has inspired me to apply for this
    scholarship. Undeniably, Taiwan's education has, over the past decades, been reaching
    international standards and creating brilliant human resources. With one-hundred-
    percentage English-taught programs, Taiwan has attracted students from all over the
    world, creating a wonderful international environment and intriguing me to come and
    study. Besides, the country is an ideal place to enrich my cultural experience and
    Taiwanese languages. More importantly, Taiwan is one of the most growing countries
    economically around the world, and there are many industries that I can gain insight and
    experience during my studies.
    I am interested in taking Chinese classes in the first year for accustoming the Taiwanese
    students and interacting with the cultures of the society. Moreover, to improve
    communication among the instructors and university staff. Besides, this class will be
    useful for getting new friends from different countries.
    MY PERSONALITY
    I am a modest person with adaptable nature. Adaptability is life and unbending nature is
    demise. The loveliest thing about me is that I am consistently prepared to acknowledge
    great changes in myself. What's more, I additionally accept that the climate and
    individuals around an individual acquire changes his character. So I need to come to
    Taiwan, and in Taiwanese Universities, Professors, instructors, and students will
    transform me into a preferred person over I am today.
    I do not peer downward on any social or religious. Yet, I have just regard great
    individuals without sex segregation. I am not a strict radical. I regard Taiwan and its kin
    and need to take beneficial things from them as a part of my character.
    STUDY PLAN IN CHINA:
    I am interested in selected three possible options to get one option on the Taiwanese
    Government Scholarship-Taiwanese University Program. Also, my preferences are as
    below:
    1. Department of Computer Science & Information Engineering
    2. Department of Accounting and Information Systems
    3. Department of Financial and Economic Law

    These fields apply to my growing country. Therefore, I am kindly requesting/admitting


    to getting these two fields.
