Job Description

End to end processing of company payrolls


Regular payment calculation: Salary, Overtime, Incentives, Allowances, Income Tax Article 21,
deduction (BPJS & Pension Fund, loan, etc), Irregular payment calculation: THR, Annual Bonus
& others. Prepare and distribute monthly salary slip to all employee
PROVIDE BPJS recapitulation, payment, registration of new employee, deactivate resign
employee, card printing, reporting etc. Manage SIPP ONLINE application for BPJS
Ketenagakerjaan and E-DABU application for BPJS Kesehatan, Proceed BPJS Claim for
employee
Responsible for carrying out all statutory requirement with respect to the income Tax Act,
Reporting Monthly and Annual employee income tax to the tax office
Proceed employee medical claim. Checking the validity of the medical receipt to be claimed by
the employee;
Provide and maintain employee communication benefit. Coordinate with GA regarding company
car for employee. Maintain employee loan and deduction
Absences and attendance records, annual leave record
Calculate and pay severance payment for resign employee, terminated (PHK) employee, retire
employee, passed away employee
Preparing all compensation & benefit report (payroll, BPJS, tax, medical claim, annual leave, etc)
Monitoring the company’s salary and benefits structures so that there is a balance between
attracting and keeping staff and cost control
 
General Qualifications:
 
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree in accounting with minimum GPA: 3 from
scale 4
Minimum 3 years experience in the same position
Good interpersonal skills 
Advance skills in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point);
Good understanding in tax (Pph 21)
Understand labor law and all payment formula for compensation and benefit
Good in both verbal and written English
Detail, good personality, mature and trustworthy
Able to work individually or as a team

Involved in recruitment process including sourcing, screening and administering assessments2.


Perform database and job boards screening to match job requirements3. Receiving and reviewing
applications4. Checking references and suitability of applicants5. Arranging for the interview with
candidate6. Assists in any administrative matters
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment
agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites, providing organization information, opportunities
and benefits, making presentation and maintaining rapport
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job
sites
Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying
references and comparing qualifications to job requirements
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules and escorting applicants to
interviews.
Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers
and interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
Other tasks as requires
