    REPUBLIC OF TRINIDAD AND TOBAGO

    THE NATIONAL INSURANCE ACT, CHAP. 32:01

    ORDER

    MADE BY THE MINISTER UNDER SECTION 39C(5) OF


    THE NATIONAL INSURANCE ACT

    THE NATIONAL INSURANCE (EXTENSION OF WAIVER OF


    PENALTY AND INTEREST) (NO. 2) ORDER, 2023

    1. This Order may be cited as the National Insurance Citation


    (Extension of Waiver of Penalty and Interest) (No. 2) Order, 2023.

    2. In this Order, “the Act” means the National Insurance Act. Interpretation
    Chap. 32:01

    3. The period of waiver of penalty and interest specified in section 39C Extension of
    period for
    of the Act is extended from 31st January, 2023 to 31st March, 2023. waiver of

    4. This Order is deemed to have come into effect on 1st February, Commencement
    2023.
