A. INTRODUCTION
We are currently a group of programmers. Our team will demonstrate the abilities required to be a skilled
programmer in this report. It includes soft skills, interpersonal communication skills, teamwork abilities,
and ambitions, among other things. Our team has also utilized these talents to develop events to assist
you in becoming a better coder. Our team members assisted with the event, and we have a detailed strategy
in place.

B. DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF TEAM DYNAMICS IN THE SUCCESS AND/OR

FAILURE OF GROUP WORK (P5)

I. What is team dynamics

Group dynamics is a wide term that describes how members of a team interact with one

another as well as the psychological processes that underpin such interactions. When team

members work on a project together, their behavior is interdependent. The team develops

attitudes, motives, and perceptions that affect how they feel about each other, their team, and

their projects due to these interactions. The core of teamwork is this attitude and conduct, which

represents team dynamics.

II. The importance of team dynamics in the success and/or failure of group work-
Perception of the group
The focus of group perception is on group decision-making and how the group evaluates
events. Individual decision-making and information processing are the subjects of the majority of cognitive
studies.
Furthermore, past research has related group views to individual expertise and how that
information is dispersed among team members.
- Team cohesion:
Social ties or team cohesiveness among members of a group. Team productivity is boosted
by the motivating elements that foster these social bonds among team members.
- Group conflict.
When team members disagree on a task or have a problem in their relationship, this is
referred to as group conflict.
When team members disagree on the content of a task, a mission conflict develops, and
when team members disagree about their values, a relationship conflict ensues. Mission
conflicts, on the other hand, have been shown to improve team performance, whilst
interpersonal conflicts have been shown to be negative.
-What is the relationship between team dynamics and team performance
Group processes are crucial and impact group performance, according to research on
group dynamics and performance.
-How to exploit team dynamics
Focus on building relationships among team members.
Organizations must recognize the value of team relationships, according to studies on group
dynamics. Personal expertise is crucial, but it isn't enough to foster efficient cooperation.
The most essential thing is to foster collaboration among team members. The least effective
element in the research of group cohesiveness, perception, and conflict is.
III. In my group
My team consists of members: Hai Anh, Minh Anh, Thu Huong and Ha Phuong and the following is the
division of roles and coordination of my team members:
Hai Anh:
Initiator/Contributor Proposes original ideas or different ways of approaching group problems or goals.
This role initiates discussions and moves groups into new areas of exploration.
Procedural Technician : Facilitates group discussion by taking care of logistical concerns like where
meetings are to take place and what supplies are needed for each meeting.
Co-ordinator: Identifies and explains the relationships between ideas. May pull together a few different
ideas and make them cohesive.
Thu Huong:
Information Seeker : Requests clarification of comments in terms of their factual accuracy. Seeks expert
information or facts relevant to the problem. Determines what information is missing and needs to be found
before moving forward.
Opinion Seeker: Asks for clarification of the values, attitudes, and opinions of group members. Checks to
make sure different perspectives are given.
Orienter: Reviews and clarifies the group's position. Provides a summary of what has been accomplished,
notes where the group has veered off course and suggests how to get back on target.
Minh Anh:
Information GiverProvides factual information to the group. Is seen as an authority on the subject and
relates their own experience when relevant.
Elaborator Takes other people's initial ideas and builds on them with examples, relevant facts and data.
Also looks at the consequences of proposed ideas and actions.
Ha Phuong:
Opinion GiverExpresses their own opinions and beliefs about the subject being discussed. Often states
opinions in terms of what the group "should" do.
Evaluator/Critic : Evaluates proposals against a predetermined or objective standard. Assesses the
reasonableness of a proposal and looks at whether it is fact-based and manageable as a solution.

My contribution
A team leader's job typically includes distributing work, sharing it, training members on missing
capabilities, and evaluating their performance. Being parent as Team Leader was my great responsibility
during project preparation. I have to act as the liaison between management and project team members.
First of all, I need to gather the team members and convene a meeting to develop a Project Charter that
defines the objective and purpose of the event. When the project is over, I separate the responsibilities of
the members and assign them tasks based on their individual skills. I am responsible for reviewing their
thinking and coming up with a strategy for the team. PMs can conduct assessments and budgets by
designing scenarios, analyzing and dividing WBS tasks.

D. DICUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF THE CPD AND ITS CONTRIBUTION TO OWN
LEARNING (P7)
I. Definition of CDP

Figure 1

CPD stands for Continuing Professional Development. It refers to the the skills, knowledge and
experience that you gain both formally and informally as you work, beyond any initial training. It’s a
record of what you experience, learn and then apply. The term is generally used to mean a physical
folder or portfolio documenting your development as a professional. Some organisations use it to
mean a training or development plan, which I would argue is not strictly accurate. This article is
about Continuing Professional Development as a process of recording and reflecting on learning and
development.
II. Why CPD importance

Make sure you're qualified to remain in your current position. Throughout a professional's career, this is a
continuous and ongoing process.
Individuals, their professions, and the broader public all benefit from continuing professional development.
This is a long-term obligation for practicing professionals.

CPD ensures that your knowledge and abilities are maintained and improved so that you can provide competent
service to your customers, clients, and community.
CPD ensures that we maintain our ability to meet the current industry norms.

CPD ensures that our knowledge is current and relevant. In our professions, we will become more conscious of
trends and developments.
CPD allows us to continue to contribute meaningfully to our team while also increasing our productivity in the
workplace. This helps us develop in our jobs and move into other roles, such as leadership, management,
influence, coaching, and mentoring.

III. CDP contribution to own learning.

The university setting is vastly different from the environment in which you studied in high school.
Teachers usually always teach knowledge and practical subjects clearly while I was in high school. When I
started college, though, the school climate progressively altered, and I had to adjust. Teachers at universities
will not impart as much information as they did in high school and will merely talk via loudspeakers. For
self-study, the majority of pupils must make an effort on their own. When we first foot into the campus of
a university, we shall begin a process of self- study. We may witness the tremendous competitiveness among
the friends in the group through group study, which can be done offline or online. I made a precise and
specific study and work plan using the CDP plan, which is a successful self-study strategy. I've enhanced
my collaboration and professional abilities as a result of the CDP strategy.

E. PRODUCE A DEVELOPMENT PLAN THAT OUTLINES RESPONSIBILITIES,

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES AND REQUIRED SKILL,KNOWLEDGE AND
LEARNING FOR OWN FUTURE(P8)
I. Setting goals
Currently, I am a second-year BTEC College HaNoi student. I will graduate in about a year,
and I must make arrangements to prepare for my future. First, I need to figure out what short- and
long-term objectives I want to work on in the next years, what goals and directions I want to pursue
after graduation, and what pay I want to earn. What am I looking for? To put the aforementioned
concepts into action, I need to shift my thoughts more professionally in order to accomplish the
plans and goals that I truly want to attain.
Short term goals:
A short-term plan is one that you make to accomplish something in the near future. My short-
term objectives are as follows:

• Study IELTS 6.0

• Learn the JavaScript programming language.

• Buy a new phone.

• Save money for traveling

Long term goals:

A long-term plan is one that you work on in the future and that will take many years to
complete. To establish a long-term strategy, you must have a clear and definite objective in
mind that you can strive toward for many years.

Below are my long-term goals:

• Graduated from BTEC FPT International College.

• Buy a new motorcycle.

• Become a professional programmer.

• Save money to build a house.

II. Three skills need to develop.

Communication Skill:

A communication skill is a collection of norms, phrases, behaviors, and interactions with

others derived from daily communication experiences. Many more talents are included in
communication skills, such as listening, comprehending, language skills, body form, persuasive
skills, and so on.

To achieve a certain communication objective, communicators must be able to transmit

messages, listen attentively, and provide and receive feedback from other communicators. Both
the topic and the communicator's listening, speaking, observing, and comprehending abilities are
connected to communication skills. Face-to-face contact, as well as communication by phone,
email, and social media, are all viable options.

Communication abilities are really essential to me. It assists us in bettering societal

interactions, and having strong communication skills will be highly beneficial in our work route.
Important skills are required in communication
• Listening: is one of the most crucial abilities in any conversation. Listening abilities are tough to learn;
we must practice and gain experience in everyday situations. Listen for empathy and understanding,
offer useful counsel, and assist in increasing interpersonal closeness. We must concentrate on
listening, without interrupting the other person, and sustaining a discussion between the speaker and
the listener in order to learn how to listen.

• Observation: is a necessary talent for every one of us in all of our relationships. To be able to
communicate and act successfully, you must speak honestly and naturally, avoid appearing
uncomfortable or forced, speak cleanly and completely, only provide pertinent details, and avoid
manipulating. Maintain a proper distance when speaking, regardless of whether the listener wants to
hear it or not.

• Situation: Situation skills allow you to maintain your composure, get more experience, and be
proactive in all situations.

• Questioning: is a skill in the communication arts. Questions and answers assist in communication and
discussion lengthening. Knowing how to ask a good question and how to ask a good question may help
you achieve a shared goal, create and sustain excellent connections, and defuse disagreements in
arguments...

• Behavioral: is a necessary talent for every one of us in all of our relationships.
Time management skills

Time management is the practice of systematically planning and arranging a time for each
specific task until all objectives are met. If you only have a limited amount of time to complete the
project, the better time management you have, the more efficient your time budget will be.

Currently, the majority of young people are focused on using Facebook; social networks
consume the majority of their time; they utilize their time in a disorganized and unplanned manner.
Time management is extremely essential to me; effectively arranging my time allows me to
accomplish crucial tasks at work, in society, and in my future employment.
To effectively manage time we need to do the following:

• Determine the target: You'll know what you need to do to reach your objective if you have one. Of
course, to do so, you'll need to plan out a certain program over a period of time in order to achieve
your goal. Then you'll be able to master time management and avoid wasting it.

• Make a list of things to do: Make a to-do list for the day, week, and month ahead. You will be able to
better manage your limited time as a result of this. You won't have to waste time remembering what
to do today or what to do next after completing something since you'll know what to do and when
to do it.

• Arrange work in order of priority: Check to determine which chores should be completed first and
which may be postponed once you've made a list of your to-do items. Please highlight the critical
work and finish it as soon as possible to ensure that the project is completed on time, then go on to
the remainder of the tasks. This system prevents you from hurrying or panicking about forgetting
crucial details while still guaranteeing that other activities are completed on schedule.

• Summary of work: Check to determine which chores should be completed first and which may be
postponed once you've made a list of your to-do items. Please highlight the critical work and finish it
as soon as possible to ensure that the project is completed on time, then go on to the remainder of
the tasks. This system prevents you from hurrying or panicking about forgetting crucial details while
still guaranteeing that other activities are completed on schedule.

• Discipline and habits: You must develop self-discipline and time-saving behaviors. Make your own
rules and stick to them.

• Concentrate: When you do anything, you focus all of your energy and intelligence on the task at
hand, which not only produces excellent results but also saves you a great deal of time.

• Set up a specific time for the job: Set a specified time for each work to save time, such as the start
time, time for each step, end time, and total time to do the project. lengthy. Then
you'll have a comprehensive strategy and a set time, and you won't have to worry about
hurting the work's results or squandering time.
Problem-solving skills.

The capacity to handle unforeseen scenarios during contacts with business partners is
referred to as problem-solving abilities. Active listening, analytical ability, creativity, research,
communication, and the capacity to work in a team are all connected to this talent.

Problem-solving abilities, in my opinion, are crucial in the workplace. Those who master this
talent will have a better chance of achieving significant success in their careers and gaining the
confidence of a large number of people.
Problem solving process:

• Recognize the problem: You must have a strategy and keep to it in order to notice an issue. To
assist you to solve the situation, get guidance from a reliable friend. Because you don't always view
things through your own eyes.

• Identify the owner of the problem: If you don't have the authority or the ability to deal with it, you
should delegate it to someone who can.

• Recognize and analyze to understand the problem: You should take the time to gather the
essential information about the problem to be solved, and you should ask questions to identify the
job's information.

• Set goals: Setting goals helps us to stay on track in solving problems.

• Solution evaluation: After you've figured out what's causing the problem, you'll have a number of
options to select from.

• Selecting and defining solutions: At this point, you must evaluate the viability of each proposal.
It's worth noting that an ideal solution must fulfill three criteria: long-term viability, feasibility, and
problem-solving effectiveness.

• Do it: You may take action after you think you understand the problem and know how to solve it.

• Evaluate the results: Once a solution is in place, it must be tested to see whether it is good and if
it has any unanticipated side effects.
Strengths and weaknesses

I have a personality checker and my personality test results are:

Figure 2

Strengths.

I have a strong grasp of specific information for IT work and make effective use of learning tools.
Furthermore, I have a strong teamwork ethic, accomplish assignments as soon as the group is
assigned, and always involve the team members to avoid disagreements. I am also highly
conscientious, and when given a task, I make every effort to do it as quickly as possible and with
the best outcomes imaginable.
Weaknesses

I am quite shy when communicating with others, especially in crowds or strangers, and often get
nervous when giving presentations. I am an introvert who shares my feelings less with others
and often asks less for help from those around me. The English level is not good, and the listening
and writing skills are not proficient
Develop strengths and weaknesses.

Strengths:

in order to pursue a career as a professional programmer in the future, Above, I need to study a
variety of programming languages and put in a lot of practice time in order to reach my objectives.
To be more effective at work, I must emphasize the importance of collaboration.
Weaknesses:

In the future, I'd like to improve my English skills since if you want to be a skilled programmer,
you'll need to be able to read and understand texts in English. Also, when speaking in front of a
crowd, you must develop your speaking abilities. Make an effort to set aside a decent amount of
time for yourself and to finish all of the chores that have been given to you.
Appropriate direction:

To become a professional programmer, I'll need to acquire a variety of other programming

languages as well as a good command of the English language.
Improve what you don't tend to do well:

To become a professional programmer, I'll need to acquire a variety of other programming

languages as well as a good command of the English language.
Rating development needs

I had never heard of programming before, but after studying IT, I learned more about it. If I want
to be a professional programmer, I'll have to work hard and learn from others who have gone
before me. I need to examine my poor work habits and devise a strategy for myself to follow. It's
critical to determine the objectives I want to attain so that I can assess what I've accomplished
and what I haven't in order to reach my objectives.
Development Strengths:

To be a Senior Developer, I am constantly attempting to acquire a diverse set of skills and

expertise, not limited to coding. I keep telling myself that I'm continually improving, and that
studying is the only way to help me attain my goals and hobbies. My strength is self-study, thus
I'm constantly trying to tamper with and learn about things relating to the information technology
industry that I'm pursuing. Not only is it a specific skill, but in the process of learning and practicing
with a large group of people, I discover that collaboration skills are incredibly vital, so I am always
working to improve them because they will be very useful for my future promotion. Communication
skills require teamwork, so I bought a lot of books and read a lot of resources to strengthen these
skills.
Improve weakness.

I'm not perfect, so I have flaws, and I'm working on improving them every day to become a better
person. My English abilities were once quite poor, if not completely non-existent; I couldn't read
books or comprehend auntie when she spoke to me in English. As a result, I've decided to work
on it by listening to English audio on a daily basis and reading more English literature. So far, I've
been able to read and comprehend some basic English materials, and my next objective is to
achieve a score of 6 on the IELTS. In addition to my English skills, I need to enhance my time
management abilities because I procrastinate frequently, resulting in poor comprehension in my
studies and work. So, if I want to grow as a person, I need to establish more serious short-term
goals for myself.
I need to improve the things below:

Improve your time management, presentation, and public communication abilities by learning
English and other vital programming languages.

III. Development plan

Definition of Personal Development Plan

Personal development is a process that defines what is essential, what we need to achieve, and
the traits we already possess that can assist us in achieving our objectives and what we need to
improve and build in the future. It's like a medium-term non-ending rule right now while we develop
or arrange something new. As a result, you should plan for each key arrangement ahead of time
and devote some effort to completing the task on time.

Here are 9 steps that can help create a good personal development plan.

1. Determine your goals

2. Priority

3. Set a deadline

4. Understand your strengths
