ANTI-FOAM ADDITIVES

Our Anti-Foam Additives prevent foam during the production

and application of coatings and inks. JebChem Anti-Foam
Additives come in emulsion, solution, and concentrate types,
and both silicone and silicone-free types are available to work
best in water-borne, solvent-borne, solvent-free, or UV
radiation systems.

All of JebChem Anti-Foam Additives have a low surface

tension which gives your final products great spreading ability.
This promotes fast foam knockdown and better compatibility
with coatings and inks. The silicone-free polymeric types
performed by high incompatibility increases fast air release of
microfoam in the coatings and inks.

JebChem 1041 Excellent compatibility and rapid defoaming, Can be added in all stages. Suitable for 2 Pack PU in wood coatings.

JebChem 1066 Excellent compatibility and rapid fefoaming. Suitable for alkyd paints and 2 Pack PU in wood coatings.

JebChem 1085 Highly efficient defoamer. Suitable for high build epoxy and UV systems.

JebChem 1900 Highly efficient fefoamer. Suitable for high build epoxy and UV systems.

JebChem 2052 High efficiency, specially designed for high viscosity systems. Compatibility should be tested when used in clear coats.

JebChem 2054 Excellent compatibility and rapid defoaming, Can be added in all stages. Suitable for epoxy & UV systems.

JebChem 2055 Excellent compatibility with low possibility to cause craters. Very suitable for epoxy systems.

JebChem 2057 Excellent compatibility with low possibility to cause craters. Very suitable for UV, UPE and epoxy systems.

JebChem 2300 High efficiency, specially designed for high viscosity. Suitable for primers containing zinc stearate

JebChem 2790 High efficiency, suitable for all kinds of solvent-born systems, UV systems and coil coatings.

JebChem 2920 Excellent compatibility and good defoaming, Specially designed for UV systems.

JebChem 1009 M AQ Composed of mineral oil, metallic soaps, silica, polyether and dispersant. Does not contain organo- polysiloxane.

JebChem 1022 AQ Rapid defoaming for water inks. Low tendency to cause catering.

JebChem 1024 AQ Excellent compatibility and rapid defoaming. Can be added in all stages. Suitable for water-based paints, inks and OPV.

JebChem 1368 Highly efficient defoamer with high performance at low dosage. Suitable for high build epoxy and UV systems.

JebChem 1710 AQ Rapid defoaming with good compatibility. Suitable for high viscosity waterborne paints.

JebChem 1805 AQ Composed of dispersant, polyether and synergist, providing highly efficient antifoam performance at low concentration levels.

JebChem 1825 AQ Good compatibility and highly efficient defoamer for water-base paints, clear coat and PUD. Also suitable for inks.
