You will be on probation for a period of 2 years and 1 month following the joining date in the company.
You are required to agree to the special terms and conditions as described in Annexure – A1.
Your employment with us will be governed by the Terms & Conditions as detailed in Annexure – B.
Your offer has been made based on information furnished by you. However if there is a discrepancy in the
copies of documents or certificates given by you as a proof of above we retain the right to review our offer of
employment.
Please sign and return a duplicate copy of this letter in token of your acceptance.

AUTHORIZED SIGNATORY
1. The company follows a policy for new trainees under which the company will provide a
stipend amount of Rs.6,000/- per month for the first 1 months of successful completion of
training with minimum 180 working hours with the company.
2. As a security deposit of bond agreement for 2 years and 1 month you have to submit the
original SSC/HSC mark sheet to the company.
3. If you decide to resign from the company before completion of 2 years and 1 month you
have to pay the cost of the last 3 months of the salary OR Rs. 36,000/- which is a higher
amount and no claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
4. In the event that you decide to leave the company after a period of 2 years and 1 month and
the following shall apply as is the case: -
You will be required to give at least one-month notice of resignation to the company or pay to the
company one month’s salary in lieu of the notice.
5. In training/probation period if company is not selecting you for permanent employment then
company will pay you the remuneration with respect to your working days.
6. Carrying the materials outside the company or disclosing them to anyone other than
employees of the company is a breach of trust and will result in immediate forfeiture of the
holding amount and termination of employment without notice.
7. Spreading rumors, soliciting employees of the company for outside employment or coercing
coworkers to leave the company is strictly prohibited and frowned upon. Such actions will
result in immediate termination of employment without notice and forfeiture of your holding
amount.
If the offer of appointment is acceptable to you, please return one copy of this letter duly signed in 48 hours
token of such acceptance and report for duty to the undersigned on the Joining Date of 01/09/2022 at the
company office. In case you do not join duty by the stipulated date, this offer will be treated as canceled for
which no separate communication will be sent to you. Please indicate your understanding and acceptance
of the above terms and conditions by signing in the space provided below.

1. Personal Particulars:
You will keep us informed of any change in your residential address, your family status or any other
relevant particulars. You would also let us know the name and address of your legal heir/nominee.
2. Nature of Work:
You will work at a high standard of initiative, creativity, efficiency and economy in the organization.
The nature of work and responsibilities will be assigned and explained to you by your senior from
time to time.
3. Working Hours:
The regular working hours of the company are from _9.15 a.m._ to 6.15 p.m._ including 45 minutes
for lunch break.
4. Training:
You will hold yourself in readiness for any training at any place whenever required. Such training
would be imparted to you at the company’s expense. Kindly note that refusal to participate in a
training programme without any extraneous circumstances would lead to automatic termination of
your employment.
6. Secrecy/Confidentiality:
You will not during the course of your employment with the company or at any time thereafter
divulge or disclose to any person whomsoever, make any use whatsoever for your own purpose or for
any other purpose other than that of the company, of any information or knowledge obtained by you
during your employment as to the business or affairs of the company including development, process
reports and reporting system and you will during the course of your employment hereunder also use
your best endeavor to prevent any other person from doing so.
i. Access to Information:
Information is available on a need to know basis for specific groups and the network file server of
the company is segregated to allow individual sectors information access for projects and units.
Access to this is authorized through access privileges approved by unit mentors or project mentors.
8. Security:
Security is an important aspect of our communication and office infrastructure. Communication
security is maintained by controlling physical access to computer systems, disabling all working
stations, floppy disk drives and company wide awareness about the need for protection of intellectual
property and sensitive customer information.
9. Termination of Service:
i. Either party can terminate this employment by serving a notice of one month on the other, save and
accept that the company may at its option pay salary in lieu of the notice period to terminate
employment with immediate effect.
ii. Unauthorized absence or absence without permission from duty for a continuous period of 7 days
would make you lose your lien on employment. In such case your employment shall automatically
come to an end without any notice of termination or notice pay.
iii. You will be governed by the laid down code of conduct of the company and if there is any breach
of the same or non-conformance of contractual obligation or with the terms and conditions laid
down in this agreement, your service can be terminated without any notice; notwithstanding any
other terms and conditions stipulated herein the company reserves the right to invoke other legal
remedies as it deems fit to protect its legitimate interest.
