Fundraising: Preparation and ownership of group-level equity and debt capital raising materials and processes,

including corporate and project finance models, presentations, investment memoranda, and due diligence Q&A 

Project due diligence and investment: Support the Business Development team in rigorously assessing energy project

investment opportunities and ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives, return requirements, and risk appetite 

Commercial development: Support the Business Development team with analysis and guidance on the economic

impacts and risks of commercial positioning within project development, power purchase, procurement, and

operations contracts 

Portfolio management: Support management of CrossBoundary Energy’s investment portfolio, including portfolio

model upkeep and investment performance monitoring 

Group and project structuring: Support group- and project-level tax, capital and corporate structuring in order to

deliver optimal economic outcomes 

Investor management: Support investor engagement and reporting  

Risk mitigation: Support the identification and mitigation of investment risks
