Healthy TailGators Can Cook!
Healthy TailGators Can Cook! will show students that anyone at UF, whether living on or off campus, can put together a healthy, fun meal on game day--or any other day of the week! Gain valuable cooking skills and nutrition advice that can be applied immediately to student life. This event will take place August 29th in the Yulee Hall Global Rec Room at 6pm.

The UF Computing Help Desk will be tabling in the HUB to answer any questions students may have regarding GatorLink accounts, email forwarding or any other computer related questions on August 30th from 8am 5pm. Stop by with any questions you have and get them answered!

TRiP Registration Day

Want to do something new and adventurous? Register for a Fall TRiP! Join groups of students for a weekend of hiking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, sailing, caving, canoeing, or any of the other amazing TRiPs! Check out http://www.union.ufl.edu/trip/ for more info and the complete schedule. Registration will take place from 12-5pm in The Outfitter in the Reitz Union on August 31st.

Alternative Transportation Fair

Interested in learning about different ways to get around here in Gainesville? Get information on transportation options available on campus and around Gainesville, and learn about the various benefits of utilizing alternative modes on August 31st from 11-1pm at The Reitz Union Terrace. The fair works to encourage students, faculty, and staff to try alternative transportation for their daily commutes, but especially on One Less Car Day on October 26.

Warrington Business Bash

Are you a Warrington student looking to get more involved? The WCBA Business Bash is held every semester to help students recognize the opportunities available in the College of Business. Over 25 business organizations will attend, including study abroad advisors and combined degree advisors. This year Business Bash will take place on Thursday, September 1st from 5-7pm in the Reitz Union Grand Ballroom.

Esquire Pre-Law Society

Are you a prelaw student? Interested in getting to know other pre-law students and hearing from several speakers throughout the year? If so, the Esquire PreLaw society may be the right fit for you! Sustainability Tip of the Week: Help reduce waste by participating in the reusable to-go program available at four campus locations. Just use your Gator 1 ID to check out a container. For more information, visit Gator Dining Services.
