3. Create a word map around play with these activities .
4. Pupils copy the word map into their exercise book .

6. Elicit what activities they can see .
7. Pupils read the poem silently to find out what days the boy does the activities .
8. Read the poem aloud and pupils listen.

10. Read the whole poem with the pupils .
11. Brainstorm the word map on the board.
