Question No. 1: What can be the consequences of Job


Dissatisfaction?
Answer: The consequences that one experiences when
suffering from job Dissatisfaction are as follows:

1. Organisation’s Environment
The organisation's internal
environment can be the cause of job Dissatisfaction . Not all
people are of the same ideas and thoughts. They may be
different in their opinion. Listening unpleasant things that
you don’t agree with may also effect you in the form of job
Dissatisfaction.
2. Salary Packages:
Salary package at different firms are
different. Sometimes you aren’t paid for the job according to
your expectations. Fresh people with less experience can be
effected more easily by the job Dissatisfaction. Living hands
to mouth is the major reason for job Dissatisfaction.
3. Mood Swings:
It is quite normal for people to find
nothing to their taste when things are going wrong at
work. Since we work for a living it becomes a major part of
our life. If we didn’t satisfy with our job then we are likely
to be unhappy in our sphere as well.
4. Being Fed up:
Being Fed up is another side effect of job
Dissatisfaction. When every aspect of your job leads you to
the disappointment you cannot help but complain on
about it. The worst part is that this might change your
personality And that will take huge damage to your family
and kids.
5. Becoming a Different Person:
The most devastating
effect of job Dissatisfaction is that it will change you as a
person. This takes a unpleasant turn if you keep having a bad
job experience too many days in a row. Eventually you would
become negative about work and start forming negative
views on life in general.

6. Feeling out of Place:


Being dissatisfied with your job will
straightaway make you feel out of place. It is one of the
worst kind of feeling to see everybody fitting into their
respective places at work except you. Some people are just
not flexible enough to change their way of work just
because it is not in keeping with the way the company
works. Being different is not your fault.

7. Helplessness:
The worst thing that can ever happen is to
know that somethings not right and still not being able to do
anything about it. Most of the time you cannot even
determine the reason for dissatisfaction you have to continue
going to work and see things worsen.

Question No. 2: On the basis of analysis in your choosen


organization give some suggestions to the organization
regarding how the can satisfy their employees and why it is
necessary to work for employees Satisfaction?

Employees may have genuine concerns about the
culture of your workplace, but they are unlikely to
share them with management if they fear result.

problems by making it clear that you’re not there to
punish them.
 Celebrate Success:
Employees may have genuine concerns about the

 Invest in employees’ future:
Some employees look for other job opportunities
simply because they aren’t sure how to advance

projects that will stretch their experiences.

Employee benefits are an often overlooked aspect
of the compensation package that can make a big
difference in job satisfaction.
 Prioritize Mental and physical well being :
It’s difficult to feel satisfied at work when you’re
not at full health, whether that’s mentally,
physically or emotionally. Unfortunately, many
organizations have a culture of workaholics that
contributes to stress, burnout and declining
employee health
WHY IT IS NECESSARY TO WORK FOR EMPLOYEES
SATISFACTION?
Having a satisfied and happy workforce
strengthens the District by lowering employee
turnover, increasing employee productivity,
increasing customer satisfaction and promoting
loyalty.
