    1) If a manager fails to clearly communicate instructions and directions to workers, resulting in poor performance, the manager should be blamed because it is their responsibility to effectively explain the rules and protocols to the workers in a way they can understand. 2) Effective communication skills are important for a boss or team leader to inspire subordinates and build passion for tasks by developing good relationships and allowing the leader to understand their team members. 3) Effective communication is still needed to persuade consumers to buy a product or service, even if it is the best product, because communication helps unite people and strengthens a service or product in the market.

    Assessment task 8

    1. A significant skill for individuals in top management is interacting effectively. If a manager has failed to
    provide clear instructions and direction and the workers have performed poorly because they do not understand
    what is required of them then who should be blamed?
     In this scenario the manager or the management should the authority to tell their people/ works on the
    different protocol on it's company. Then their people will do / understand what was it all. If the manager
    didn't tell effectively the rules or regulations to their people, then the manager should blame. Why? Read
    back to my first statements that the manager or the higher authority should implement and tell their people
    on what should do and what shouldn't do on their work. And if their people didn't understand it the manager
    should do the call "bumama sa laylayan", what it is mean? The manager should tell, on the language that
    their people will understand what was the rules, protocol or the regulations behind the company all about.

    2. How do you use your communication skill to inspire your subordinates and build passion for their everyday
    tasks if you are a boss or a team leader?
     The communication skills should I for being the boss/ team leader. Communication that may team/ people
    will be to have the better amdy wonder communication and build the wonder of relationship's as a team
    then. Build a good communication help us to see what kind of person we, kind of leader. If there a lack of
    communication how will I being a leader to deals with my team then?. How I proof that I am a person deals
    with a person? So from this building a wonder, better, fabulous communication to everyone help us to grow
    as we and help them grow us they too.

    3. Do you think that there is no need for effective communication to persuade consumers to buy your product or
    service, even though you produce the best product and service?

     In every situation we as a people of the universe we should and always do the purpose of communication to
    make everyone unite, to make everyone be them as they are. Making good communication build the wonder
    of everything. And in this case of question we must use the effective communication to much our product
    makes strong and stronger in the service.

    4. If you are a manager with an established track record and a company's well- realized asset, would you still be
    able to consider, embrace and absorb other

     Yes, because I want to record more. It is more effective to practice good writing skills. I also want to
    develop my critical thinking that will have an impact on my career not only in the present but also in the
    future.
