One example of a situation where I was required to lead and motivate a team of
professionals to collaborate was during a project at my previous job. The purpose of the team
was to develop and launch a new product for the company. The shared vision of the team was to

My leadership approach for this project was to be a facilitator and a coach for the team
members. I made sure to clearly communicate the vision and goals of the project to the team, and
to ensure that everyone understood their roles and responsibilities. I also made sure to keep
everyone informed of the progress of the project, and to provide feedback and support as needed.
To foster collaboration and motivation among stakeholders, I made sure to create an environment
where everyone felt comfortable sharing their ideas and opinions (Zhang et al., 2019). I also
made sure to recognize and reward the contributions of each team member, and to provide
One effective decision I made was to bring in a consultant to help the team with the

and helped to increase the team's motivation and engagement. However, one decision that I
would have done differently was to involve more stakeholders in the decision-making process.
This would have helped to ensure that more perspectives and ideas were taken into account, and
would have helped to increase the buy-in and engagement of stakeholders (Zhang et al., 2019).
In terms of communication, I made sure to use a variety of methods to ensure that everyone was
informed and engaged. This included regular team meetings, email updates, and one-on-one
