SCOPE OF WORK

Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Fire water Pump at BPCL Panipat

1.Supply under this item shall be complete pump assembly without motor, Base

SCOPE OF WORK

2. Supplied pump should be compatible and fit properly with Engine of following pecs:
Engine Details:
Make- CUMMINS
Model -NT-855F
Power-395 H.P
Speed-1800 R.P.M

3. Vendors are requested to visit site so they can see Fire Engine & actual conditions of site and can
quote correctly for the Pump Assembly.

4.Vendor has to supply Pump which is compatible and fit properly with the existing Fire Engine. BPCL has
no liability for any payment if vendor fails to supply the desired pump.

5. Entire job of supply, installation & Commissioning of Pump will be in vendors Scope. No extra charges
will be paid to the vendor for making any modification in foundation/ base, fittings etc. for installation &
commissioning of Fire pump.

6.Vendor has to satisfactorily run Pump Assembly for a duration of at least a week and as per
satisfaction of officer-in-charge . Then only payment of vendor will be processed. Otherwise, no
payment will be made by BPCL.

7. Vendor shall submit relevant Material test certificate, Dynamic Balancing Report, Internal Inspection
Report, Fitment/inter-changeability Certificate, performance test certificate, Guarantee certificate along
with supply.

8. Vendor shall submit the following documents along with the supply of material:
a. Original GST invoice
b. L.R./G.R copy
c. Test Certificate

9. Guarantee/ Warranty Period: Min. 12 months from the date of installation.
