Battery Safety
1. The battery life with ambient temperature decreased. Replace the
batteries regularly to ensure the equipment is working properly, and ensure
adequate backup time.
2. The battery maintenance can only be made with a battery expertise
personnel.
3. Replace the battery, you must use the original equipment of special
batteries, and the type and quantity must be the same.
4. The battery presence and short circuit current dangerous electric
shock hazard. To avoid electric shock injury accident, the replacement
battery, please observe the following warning:
A, Do not wear watches, rings or metal conductive materials;
B, Using the insulated tools;
C, Wear rubber boots and gloves;
D, Can not be metal tools or similar metal parts on the battery;
E, Remove the battery before connecting terminal, you must first
disconnect the load connected to the battery;
F, In the demolition of the battery cable to remove the terminal well
insulated;
G,Battery cable, first connect the cells in series, the apparatus fixed on
the last connection to the device;
H, When connecting the battery and the device, the first to the negative
terminal, and finally connected to the positive terminal;
5. Do not expose the battery to fire, so as not to cause an explosion,

This device is always monitoring the presence or absence of the mains, there is electricity in
the case the device is not put into operation. When the power cut, means to lift a start signal, the
output of two-phase AC380V AC delay, this time to adjust your speed to move the elevator to
leveling, open the elevator door.
When there is mains power, input the terminal blocks L1, L2 L3 and N to the device, output
the terminal blocks R, S ,T and N1 to the elevator, turn on all the switches inside and outside the
device, the device starts to be in the mains power detection state, the cqd4s indicator light red
indicates charging, yellow indicates full, LED1 and LED8 on CZB are always on, LED16 is
flickering, the contactor KY3 is closed, the light on JXZB is always on, the control board is
Contactor KY3 is disconnected, LED2, LED3, LED8 and LED9 on CZB are normally
on,LED16 is flashing continuously, LED1 is off, wait for about 10 seconds to work; when the
device is working, LED12 on CZB is on first, and ZHJ1works in the device, about 5 seconds later,
LED10 on CZB is on, ZHJ2 and DY in the device are working at the same time, the installation
outputs the start signal from 1 and 2 of connector KKA, 3 and 4 are short circuited to phase
sequence relay in elevator control cabinet , AC380V voltage on the output of terminal strip R and
S, R, N1 output AC220V voltage ,and the indicator lights on ZHJ1, ZHJ2 and DY will be on during
operation.
When AC380V voltage is output from terminal strip R and S of the device, the device starts

to output. After the operation, the device exits.
If the device is powered on during operation, the device will exit after 3 minutes of operation,
LED10 on CZB will be turned off first, ZHJ2 and DY will stop working, start signal and phase
sequence short-circuit signal will be disconnected, the device will stop output, after about 5
seconds, LED12 on CZB will be turned off, ZHJ1will stop working, the device will exit, waiting for
incoming call.

※Voltage measurement method
Q: How to measure the battery 48V?
A: Close the open FA. Place the positive end of the multimeter on the bottom of the FA and the negative side
on the COM side of the CQD4S.
Q: How to measure the battery 24V?
A: Close the open FB. Place the positive end of the multimeter on the bottom of the FB and the negative
electrode on the COM side of the CQD4S.
Q: How to measure the inverter power supply in the device?
A: After the device is operated, use the multimeter to measure the AC380V voltage output between VO410(8)
and VO0(5) on the right terminal block of the DY.
※The identification of wearing parts
Q: How to measure the charger CQD4S is good or bad?
A: Send the mains power, open the side rocker switch, close the FA, and use a multimeter to check if there is AC380V
voltage on the terminals L1 and L2 of the terminal blocks L1 and L2 and CQD4S. Above all, it is tested whether there is
no-load charging voltage of DC55V at terminals +V3 and -V3 of CQD4S, and whether there is DC24V voltage at
terminals +V2 and COM of CQD4S.
Q: How to measure the quality of the contactor KY3?
A:1. There are two terminals A1 and A2 on the contactor KY3. If these two points have AC 380V voltage input, KY3
does not pull in and the contactor KY3 is damaged.
2, The mains input 380 voltage, the output phase, contactor normally open contact is bad or damaged.
3, 21NC and 22NC on KY3 after power off, contactor normally closed contact is bad or damaged.

Debug instructions
1, before the device connected to the elevator controller, must ensure that the elevator
installation completed and put into normal operation
2, this device to charge in the first place.
2.1 Disconnect the general power supply of elevator controller.
2.2 According to the wiring steps will wire connected between the device and the elevator.
2.3 Check the wiring, confirm the connection between equipment and elevator correctly and
firmly.
2.4 Connection is complete, open the device open within the FA, sending the mains on again,
charging the equipment in standby status.
2.5 to 12 hours charging device.
3, Run the test
The elevator car to move to the flat layer position, turn off the power, wait for plant operation.
4, Equipment operation has been completed, the listed electricity, charging standby state device,
which finished debugging.
Precautions
The battery is an important part of the equipment. Battery life depends on the ambient
temperature and discharge times. Deep discharge will shorten the battery life at high
temperatures.
1,The standard built-in battery is sealed lead-acid batteries.
2, The device internal procedures have over-discharge protection, only when the device
continuously monitors the utility power a month, the device will turn on this feature.
3, The battery should be kept at an ambient temperature between 15 ~ 25 ℃.
4, if the long-term use of this device, it is recommended three months charging time, must be
at least every six months on one charge.

the replacement.
6, The battery is a consumable, in normal use, the life of 2 years if found in poor condition, it
must be early replacement, the battery must be operational by professionals
