Basics
X Wall element:
– Minimum shell thickness: ≥ 50 mm
– Concrete compressive strength: fck.cube ≥ 25 N/mm2
– Reinforcement of double-wall shell: at least mat Q188 or equivalent
X Stresses:
Notice:
No further stresses were taken into account for the dimensioning of the anchoring points for the push-pull props.
X Ground anchoring
– Crack condition. floor: Cracked concrete
– Concrete compressive strength: fck.cube ≥ 25 N/mm2
– Maximum mounting part thickness for UCS-10x100: tfix ≤ 15 mm
– Maximum mounting part thickness for UCS-14x125: tfix ≤ 10 mm
– Maximum mounting thickness for MAX-12/10/110: tfix ≤ 10 mm
– Maximum mounting thickness for MAX-16/25/148: tfix ≤ 25 mm
X Push-pull prop:
– Static system: Notice:
(Push-pull prop head is always positioned
Base point B of the wall plate must be verified!
at 1/3 x h)
– Number of push-pull props: 2 per wall element
– Note: Eccentricities at the push-pull prop head
and push-pull prop base (union joint) were not
considered when creating the table.
