1. According to Wellek and Warren (Faruk 2014: 43) “literature is an innovative,


imaginative, and fictional work. According to both, the reference to literary works is
not the real world, but the world of fiction, imagination.”

2. Supardi (Ismawati 2011: 165) states, "Literature is an imaginary world composed of
