As shown in Figure 1.3.4.1, plasma power supply is a high-voltage power supply (HVPS).

Remark: Figure 1.3.5 shows network module B. Usage of it is below.
① Connect to UART port on mother board.

② Reset/Mode switch
A. Press once (less than 1 second) to switch between cable connection or WIFI connection.
B. Press and hold for 5 seconds to reset WIFI module.
③RJ45 Port
A. Green indication light is on means currently connecting via cable, and if it’s off then it
means connecting via WIFI;
B. Yellow indication light is on means there’s data transfer.

II. Disassemble of the Product

Step 1: Use cross screw driver to remove the screws.

Step 2: Pull the filter off from the assembly as directions shown in Figure 2.1 C. You may try to
wash and dry the filter, or replace it with new one.

Note: Dry the filter thoroughly after washing before put it back again. Dispose the filter as
medical product.

Step 3: There are two position limiting clamp at the two sides of the electrode. Turn the two
clamps at the directions shown in 2.2B, and then release the two fasteners at the
other two sides. At last lift the electrodes up. Pay attention to the sharp needles that

may hurt your hands.

ATTENTION: Clean the dust with compressed air gun after remove it. Take proper protective
measures to avoid dust pollution. Do Not clean the electrodes with water!

Step 2: As shown in 2.3B, remove the shades on the other side.

Note: Only remove two fasteners of two sides that is not neighboring each other then the
shades can be removed. There an arrow at the place marked with A in 2.3B. When assembling
the fasteners, make sure the arrow is pointing upwards.

Step 4: Remove the cable ties on the support frame and remove the top cover to hang it at the
back side of the product as shown in 2.3D.

Step 5: Remove the screws on the steel panel as shown in 2.3D, and remove the steel panel
from top cover and unplug the cable connecting the mother board to the fan.
Step 6: Remove the 4 screws on the steel panels and then take the fan out.

III. Clean
3.1 Surfaces
Unplug the product from power supply and wipe the covers clean with soft damp cloth. Clean
with alcohol or non-corrosive detergent if there’s hard to remove dirt.
! ATTENTION
Do Not rinse clean the product.
Clean the inside of the product ONLY with dry cloth or towel.
3.2 Filters
Initial & mid filter can be washed and reused or replaced.
Clean or replace interval may according to actual conditions. If the product is installed in a
heavy contaminated environment, clean or replace every 3 – 6 months is recommended. If the
product is in a cleaner environment or not frequently used then clean or replace the filters every 12
months is recommended.
Use air gun or water to carry out cleaning. If the filters are cleaned by water then make sure
the filters are completely dry before put it back to the product, otherwise it may reduce the life
span of the product or cause safety accident.
! ATTENTION
Take proper protection measures (masks, protections suits, etc.) when cleaning the filters to
avoid risks of getting respiratory contaminations.
3.3 Electrodes
Remove the electrodes as instructed in 2.2.
Clean the dust and other objects on the electrodes by air gun.
! ATTENTION
Clean the electrodes with water is prohibited.
If it allows, remove the carbon filter and put it in strong sunshine to remove odor and restore
the activity of the carbon.

3.4 Other Parts
Clean the other parts as per actual conditions. All electronic parts can ONLY be cleaned by air gun.
Clean by liquid products are prohibited, otherwise it may cause failure of the product and/or safety
accidents.

IV. Troubleshooting
After a certain time of use, the Device will show to remind for replacement.
6) Air Quality
≥3 leaves ( ) means the air quality is good. The sensor detects low concentration of
hazardous/irritating gas in the ambient air.
7) Particle
≥3 stars ( ) means good. The sensor detects low concentration of particles in the
ambient air.

4.2 Troubleshooting

4.3 Parameter Settings
4.3.1 System Parameters

Press OK to save the settings. (If remote is not available, then press Settings for 3 seconds to save
the settings.)

PS: If interference is found, check if plasma anti-interference is at the above status. Ports on
mother board for temperature/humidity, gas and dust can also tell if there is corresponsive sensor.
