OVERALL COMMENTS
- I feel as though I have been open to learning throughout clinical discussions and assignments. I have spent quality time reviewing my
SMART goal in relation to simulations and critically think prior to patient care. I feel as though I have improved my holistic care skills and my
critical thinking skills. I feel as though I have successfully provided care to all patients throughout all simulations. I involve many forms of
interventions and include interprofessional care in my practice. I feel as though the second half of the semester has allowed my critical
thinking skills to blossom and it has allowed me to incorporate more skills into practice. The simulations have been realistic, allowing me to
work with an interprofessional team and assess acute patients as a RN student.
