    The badge confirms that an account is the authentic presence to

    What do you need to be verified on Instagram?
    Authenticity

    Must be a real person or registered business


    Uniqueness

    The account needs to be a unique presence of the

    Complete

    Your account has a publicly completed bio and has real


    photos and posts
    Notable

    The account is well known and highly searched


    To request verification on a mobile device

    Open your instagram profile page

    Click on the menu

    Go to settings > account

    Click the “Request Verification”

    Fill out the required information

    Attach ID

    Click submit
    That’s it!
    Instagram will alert you once they’ve reviewed your request!

    Keep in mind that even if your account is eligible for verification, submitting a
    request does not guarantee that your account will be verified
