    Mixing and Application Safety

    1. Use efficient mixer or blender (preferably The use of dust masks, safety goggles, and gloves
    PAN Mixer) for mixing is recommended
    2. Charge 80-90 % of mixing water (14.5 to 16
    litres per 30 kg bag)
    3. Start addition of alccocoat powder slowly
    under continuous mixing to the Mixer and mix
    for 1 minute.
    4. Add balance quantity (20 – 10 %) of mixing
    water & again mix for another 2-3 minutes to
    form a homogeneous, free flowing, uniform
    mix.
    5. Simply apply the thin uniform layer preferably
    by roller or brush on the desired surface as
    soon as possible from mixing
    6. Once the applied coat is about to dry
    completely, it is ready to receive plaster

    Precautions

    1. For good bonding on RCC, plastering should
