INTRODUCTION
“Food is Life”. That is how the millennial react and perceived on what they
observed every day. As we walk and passed by, different stalls and outlets were
there as they offer various types of foods which in the first glance we were so
excited to try if it is really delicious. Also, social media serves as the medium as
people specifically millenials upload photos and post status that was related to
their food trip. As a result, people eat there and there as eating becomes their
happiness that is necessity in having a meaningful life
Reminiscing the past, the influence of the Chinese Empire and the trade
that have been occur hundred years ago let their culture and even their traditions
and values presented to the Filipinos. Basically one of those aspects is food in
which various kinds of foods become popular and like by the Filipinos. It includes
the pansit, siopao, lumpiang shanghai, noodles and many more. This signifies
that up to now, in the modern world, Chinese foods were still patronize and
favorable by almost.
Thus, we would like to formally introduce a heart of palm spring rolls that
was new to everyone. The ingredient was mainly from the trunk of the Coconut
tree which is the white portion called “ubod” and then wrap in lumpia wrapper.
Despite of the numerous competitors offering varieties of foods that are already
established a good relationship in line with the industry of business, we are very
much will to strive and be recognized as a business that will surely be proud of
and approved not just in taste but in all aspects by everyone.
