 Reconciling bank statement

 Preparing and submitting daily reports i.e. complimentary summary, report vs. actual sales
from outlets, variance report on summary from outlets against trial balance, cash sales or
guest bills analysis for bars and summary of any pending bill with reason.
 Tallying the outlet sale
 Making sure that K.O.T and Guest checks have been filed correctly with time, table number
and e.t.r number.

C.  Stores.
Roles:
 Keeping record of all the items that enter or leaves the stockroom and inspect damaged
goods.
 Tracking and updating stocks on both stock card and computerized system.
 Avoiding product shortage.
 Receive, unpack goods, weighing and move goods to the shelves.
 Monitoring and maintain current inventory levels ensuring quantities that appear in the
system are accurate for planning of purchase.
 Working with tally system.
