Task 1: Experience as a Learner

Write an essay about your personal experience on how technology has influenced your life as a learner
from elementary, high school, and college. (50 points)
How Technology Influenced My Life as a Learner
Having technology as part of our living brings different vibes, not only to how we look ourselves
in the world but also on how we live our lives to it. Technology brings different influences and plays a
big role to how we live and its effect to us personally. We can also share how this technology work
within our life way back from our infancy till now. And as a learner, different personal experiences was
manifested upon me brought by the time where I belong.
In my elementary days, technology is already rampant and evolving. We have these books as
a product of our technology that makes the information easily to be accessed. Also during flag
ceremony, we have speakers that is used to disseminate information loud and clear. We also used
television for effective teaching and also for entertainment. I don’t have any android phones during my
elementary and high school. In high school still the technology is evolving. My classmates used their
cellphones to take a picture for the activity without writing it. Also during these times I’m learning to
use computers for printing of files, editing, and many more. This is also used to surf the web for the
information needed. We also use the technology to produce copies of our lesson and to print out our
activities for better output. With the use of technology we learn more about the outside world not only
to local but also to the international. It also bring satisfaction and entertainment through games,
watching related videos, we also used technology to store our memories through pictures and personal
videos during high school. During my college where my first ever cellphone was given to me. It was
used in many ways to look for information, doing research, contacts, socialization, entertainment, store
of information, and many more. In relation to the pandemic we faced where technology is used as a
primary tool to my education through online class, online presentation, online meeting, and many
more.
As a student and as learner based on my experiences way back my elementary to my college

life technology is constant when it comes to its evolution. This also includes my way of learning that at
some point we can consider learning nowadays as a spoon-feed mode. As the technology upgrades my
form of learning also upgrades with the influence of technology.
Task 2: Experience as a Future Teacher
Write an essay on how you are going to use technology when you will become a teacher?
How will I use Technology When I Become a Teacher
The society we have right now was oriented that technology is an essential thing that have a
big role for effective teaching. Undeniably, the statement is a fact but still we need to consider some
things although technology is already essential but still it has its flaws that might affect the learning of
the students.
So as I become a teacher technology will be part of it but not as essential as we need it. I’m
going to examine the technology that I will be using if it is appropriate and effective for the student’s
learning. Technology will also be used for presentation in this way the students’ attention is focused to
the lesson. This process also entertain them while learning, meaning to say having fun with learning is
obtain. I can also use technology to improve and upgrade my teaching style. I will also use technology
to organize my lesson plans including my records for my students’ assessments.
We can see that technology brings influence and impact not only for the learning of the
students but also for the teacher in their teaching. To improve, upgrade, and many more and this also
add the skills that a teacher will possess. Again, we can use the technology as a part of our teaching but
not the focus and the aim of our teaching.
