Research using Empathy

UN Goal and Target: 12: Responsible Consumption and Production (12.8 By 2030, ensure that people everywhere have the relevant information and awareness for
sustainable development and lifestyles in harmony with nature)

Aspect of the goal and target you are researching: To change the habits of eating. Fast-food options are readily available and are cheap and unhealthy options for families.
Low Socio-economic areas are spoilt with these choices and rely on these foods for daily options. Local communities can change the landscape with markets providing
health foods, fresh alternatives, and school-based programs to ensure that our young are being exposed to healthier options from an early age, even if it is to change one
meal per day to a better alternative. If we eliminate the choice of fast foods, we can potentially change the way people consume.
