Blower Coil Units

BLUE STAR offers a wide range of ceiling suspended Blower Coil Units. Available in six models with
Fan Coil Units BLUE STAR

airflow ranging from 1200 CFM to 4000 CFM, these units are ideal for commercial as well as
industrial application and where space is a constraint.

The specifications are on the same lines as Fan Coil Units as described before.

Fan Coil Units Standard Features
Apart from being reliable and trouble-free, the unique BLUE STAR Fan Coil Units have the following unique features:

and 3 % chromate. The panels are lined internally with 5.0 mm thick FR grade, irradiated, cross linked
compact and perfect for even low ceiling height.

Cooling coils are manufactured from 9.53 mm (3/8") OD, inner groove copper tubes. Aluminium mild

Motor
Motors are 3- speed, open shielded, permanent split capacitor with inbuilt thermal overload protection
and sealed for life, lubricated bearings. These motors have class B insulation and can work in maximum
temperature of 130°C.

Filters
The filters used are 10 mm thick LDPE woven, washable type with an internal pressure drop of 20 Pascal,
at 450ft/min air velocity across the filter and having an efficiency of 85% down to 20 microns. The position
of the air filter on the return air plenum can be interchanged to collect return air from either the rear or from
FCU without valves the bottom of the unit.

Drain Pan
Galvanized sheet steel fabricated, powder coated, sandwich drain pan is provided. It is thermally
insulated with 5.0 mm thick FR grade, irradiated, cross linked, EPE to avoid condensation.
