    The new COVID-19 pandemic has impacted all of us. However, as a person and member of
    society we have different positions and the influence of this pandemic has a different effect on us. While
    other people are adjusting to our modern lifestyles such as working online, studying at home and ordering
    foods online they are already forced to do so to keep our lives running. COVID-19 is a virus that is killing
    a lot of people. The coronavirus caught us off guard and killed us in a matter of months. Nobody expected
    it to kill so many people, cause countries to go into lockdown, close schools and public places, and put
    our lives on hold. It reached us, and now it's all over the place. It bled the whole earth, and it spread like
    wildfire.
    Many governments have argument about this COVID 19 Pandemic. The Duterte
    Administrations have a fight about COVID 19 Pandemic, as well as socioeconomic costs. Duterte start to
    tighten the entire placed of Luzon under the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) until April 12. By
    Duterte’s efforts for fighting COVID 19 pandemic he earned a 91 percent rating performance. Only 5
    percent are disapproved for Duterte’s performance while the other 5 percent are undecided. To meditate
    the impact of the pandemic, Duterte signed the Bayanihan laws Act of 2020 on March 24. The
    government was given an authority to provide PHP 100,000 to the health workers while PHP 1 million to
    the health workers who die while working against the Covid 19 pandemic.
    The Bayanihan 1 law is the most salient feature that was allocate of PHP 200 billion worth of
    emergency subsidies, which granted a PHP 5,000 to PHP 8,000 monthly cash aid about 18 million law
    income for the Filipino Families affected by the Pandemic. Despite for the hiccups 71 percent of the
    Families has received cash aid for the Government since the start of the pandemic but where is the other
    29 percent of it that’s why Duterte said on November 10 that if there are dishonest government officials
    and their corruption activities, we should report it because he is willing to pay PHP50,000 to PHP100,000
    to prevent dishonesty and corruptions.
    Many people or citizens is disappointed through the actions of government administration.
    We are hoping that your actions are effective to protect our country. We are all hoping that this COVID
    19 Pandemic is just disappeared one day to us to be back in our new normal living.
