Activity 1
Eating Habits and Caring the Digestive System

Problem: How to take care of the digestive system?


Materials: biscuit, cooked vegetables, fruits, slice of cooked meat,
water, plastic bag (ziplock bag)
Procedure:

1. Prepare the biscuit and break it into small pieces.
2. Place it inside the plastic bag and add small amount of water.
3. Close the plastic bag and start squeezing the bag. Observe what
happened to the food.
4. Repeat procedure 1, 2, and 3 for the vegetables, fruits and meat.
5. Dispose your waste materials properly.
