    Let's Reflect

    1. Should college education be for all? Or should be given only to those who are
    intellectually capable of college education? Those who are not should be directed
    to technical education. Isn't giving access to college education for one who is not
    intellectually capable a waste of time and resources? Was that not the very
    purpose of the National College Entrance Examination the - to redirect to
    technical vocational courses those who were not capable of a college course?
     Yes we should be fair enough that college education is for all and not just for
    those people who has an intellectually capabilities because it doesn't mean
    that you fail in an entrance examination you are already considered and
    labeled as not intellectually. capable because we all know that entrance exam
    is not the bases of what you can do and we should not categorized their
    intellectuality because of what they got sometimes during the exam many
    student that cannot focus and it lead them to get fail. Students who choose to
    enroll in the program in TechVoc doesn't also mean that they are not
    intellectually capable but they are more on skill relates works and people
    have different styles of learnings so we should not be labeled them but
    considered as the same for us.

    2. Should be bring back the NCEE? Why or why not? We should not bring back the
    NCEE because many students will not be able to given a chance to enroll in any
    colleges since the rule of NCEE, if you fail the exam, you will not be able to enroll in
    tertiary level. As a student’s we deserve to study anywhere we want and the courses
    that we want to pursue since we have our freedom to choose whatever we want and
    whatever we want to be in the near future so that we should not agree to bring the
    NCEE that can take away the freedom of one students

    3. Of the developments in Philippine education in the post - colonial period, which to you
    is most important.
    One of the developments in Philippines education is during this period because many
    students has been a good thinkers and they already trained during their secondary
    education to be prepared in tertiary level because of the K -12 program (RA 10533)
    since Philippines belong to the least country doesn't been adopt to the K to 12 program
    and already been behind in other neighborhood countries already adopted the other
    countries concept of K to 12 program that has numerous skills, knowledge and talents
    that they have in their country unlike to our country that had been behind for how many
    years. However, since it Philippines already apply the K to 12 program, we see that
    there is development process which is today is not been already, but maybe 5 years
    from now and so on , we will witness how the Philippines will develop and improved for
    the next 10 years.
